@@ajd0101 yes but now coz the way the criminal justice system works ..it's much easier for the Courts to prosecute , an individual who was forced to take matters into his own hands , and commit murder against , an extremely sick freak who desrves life in prison .but coz it's much easier for the courts to prosecute and convict Cain for murder / Attempted murder , which carries mandatory prison sentences. Or even the Death Penlty in some states of the US then it is for.
