Exercise Urticaria and Anaphylaxis are a way of life for some. In this video I review what it is and how I have learned to exercise (hike) with it. Always talk to your doctor first and remember to bring extra medication in case you have a reaction on trail. For safety carry a note in case you get yourself into a pickle.
