👉If you have crossed 36 weeks you can start doing these exercises slowly to help your baby move lower to get ready for birth.
👉 Lunging asymmetrically opens the pelvis which can help as baby moves into the pelvis and also later through the mid pelvis.

👉Also climb stairs 1 or 2 at a time. This also helps to asymmetrically open the pelvis.
👉These exercises can also be done during labor in between your surges. Your baby is doing her / his job from inside, you can support your baby from outside with these exercises.
👉Ask your partner to help you with these exercises.
