Exercises to Throw Farther | A Quarterback Workout To Improve Throw Power: I have been getting a lot of requests for a full body workout specific for Quarterbacks and you should all know by now that I will deliver for you. Here is a full body workouts that comes with reps in terms of sets you can do as little as 1 set all the way through other than the core or up to 3 sets. Enjoy!

is it hard to throw 60 yards at 180? i’ve thrown 55 at 170 but it just feels harder for me now.

Should u break up the workout like Monday upper body tuesday lower body and like Wednesday core

Probably better to break them up into different workouts. They can all be done 2-3 times a week. Some of them even more often.

Get on that squat rack. It will help you produce more ground force which is where you get your power from. Ab exercises will help with rotational power

Shoulder and arm range of motion exercises. Other than that it is just more important that you are getting into the gym 4-6 times per week at least.

There is not one simple exercise or else everyone would be able to throw the football really far. Look at that shoulder external rotation video though as it has a bunch of exercises that will help.

Should this be the only workout a quarterback should do? What about gaining strength and benching etc.

You shouldn’t rlly bench but ya you want to gain strength on top of these workouts

No this is not the only workout or only exercises these are just specific to improving as a quarterback. You should be working to improve your overall power and strength as well.

You can do it up to 3-4 times per week! Check out some of my core or sprinting workouts to be able to create some variety in your weeks.
