❇️How often should you exfoliate?1-2 nights a week unless you have acne. If you have acne, you can exfoliate with salicylic acid more often

I have watched enough dermatologists to know that most would agree with this method. This is not the only way that dermatologists would agree you can exfoliate though. I agree though that it’s really hard to find what exactly your skin likes and doesn’t like especially if you don’t have wads of money to spend on experimenting with different products or treatments

Exactly ! You are totally right ! My dermatologist told me to never wash exfoliator after, I use one with 15% AHA and I just leave it on for 2 minutes and then use my moisturiser. And he said in the video to do it once a week, where my dermatologist told me to do it 3-4 times especially for people with oily T zone skin to prevent acne. Honestly, I do agree with some things dermatologists say on internet but some things you need to figure out. For instance, everyone is talking about vitamin c serum, and my dermatologist is going crazy when she hears this. She says it is not necessary, you can take vitamin c supplements and you will have a beautiful skin from inside. She is always telling me that cleanse moisturise and sunscreen and at night cleanse, acne treatment if you have, and eventually eye cream and final moisturiser is the best, she is like the simpler it is the best your skin health is.

I use the Paula's Choice once a week for 10 minutes and it really works. My skin is smoother and more even. My tretinoin is working much better. PS I don't use tretinoin on the night I do the peel.

I love those but too bad they no longer distribute them here in Canada. They changed it to the Mandelic 10% which is also a great product, gentler and less abrasive but the AHA BHA peeling solution just works better for me so I had to order it in the US

Cerave renewing SA cleanser 2 Lancome tonique confort rehydrating toner 3.Cerave moisturizing cream 4.little rose water(you don’t need to do this just makes your skin feel refreshed) and I personally lightly smack around my face and then your done

Just use baking soda and a tiny bit cleanser... smooth over face in small circular motion... with a light touch.. add warm water to keep smoothh... masssge entire face neck and chest... rinse cool water. Moisturize. Safe to do 2-3 times a week.

Lol. Not a bad comment. You have two eyelids. Your upper, above 👆🏼 the eye, eyelid. And your under eye, below 👇🏼 eyelid. Both considered “eyelids”. Hope this helps!! 🙂

I wash my face with PanOxyl 10%, and use the ordinary salicylic acid mask once a week, for night I use the ordinary niacinamide serum and Boticario Botik hyaluronic acid powerful serum, I use Avene sunscreen ❤️ My skin is oily BTW

Sometimes the simpler/less the better. I wash face mornings with Cera Vé facial wash, then Cera Vé (n round tub) on face actually. Didn’t bother to read directions and begun to use in face and not changing. It has been awesome on my normal/dry skin! I love also their spf then is like my skin is ready for minimal teeny bit of L’Oréal Lumi foundation. And the Cera Vé being a bit thicker Al’s acts as a primer as well. If I have a breakout seldmly seldom I think Neutrogena salicidic acid wash helps clears it off. At bedtime I wash again and use some retinol cream plus any moisturizer to avoid getting dryness/redness. I use toner rarely or once a week as it can dry my face a bit. Also avoid any scrubbing face wash it’ll tear delicate facial skin. Used St. Eve’s walnut super horrible one in high school. So bad! Lol! That’s all I know and keep it simple mole. I use same moisturizer for face on eyes. I think is just more sales and more expensive those teeny tubes recommended for eyes 👀. Coconut nut oil can clog face posts. Better for body or mane hair but too much it can get nasty grease asap. I’m shocked when I read n Reddit, etc. people using like 20 steps! 😮🤦🏻‍♀️
