I live in the Netherlands, so also Europe. I can buy products with 1% retinol at a huidpraktijk. Those people learned 4 years of studying the skin and had biology and technique training etc. Also retinol online and Retinal like from Medik8 or Geek&Georges. Tretinoin is prescribed by a doctor or dermatologist and is only available by prescription. Because it penetrates the skin so deeply, they see it in the Netherlands as a medicine in terms of effect and strength.

He definitely washed his hands , some of you have no idea what working man’s hand look like after a day, and he got that sliver at 5:30 am and finally had time to pull it out a 9:30 after putting his kids to bed

I bought a few items from your suggestions here a month ago and already seeing improvements. Sebaceous Filaments are getting smaller and/ or less noticeable. However, I found out that retinol serum causes a severe headaches for me which is so unfortunate

Loooove Neutrogena Ultra Gentle foaming cleanser. I have oily skin, was hesitant to try Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Regenerating Cream because I thought it would be greasy. But it's not! It is nit sticky, dries matte, and never makes my skin shiny. I love it. It is a good replacement for the Healthy Skin line that was discontinued from Neutrogena.

They are easier to pull out if you let them fester a little one that size had to be causing a lot of pain.

I loveeeeee the lipikat + cream. It really is hydrating. However, it is so thick that i cant get the last 1/4 of it from the bottle. Even when i turn it upside down, it wont come down 🫠🫠🫠 lol! I think it would be lovely for it to come in a big jar like the cerave tub.

Very informative. I’ll definitely be sharing this. Thank you. But showering should be key, some people don’t like to shower/bath. Some people also smell because of how they store their clothes by placing them in damp areas, so the clothes have a choking smell. So washing one’s clothes regularly and storing in airy and not too damp areas work too.

For folks who either don't have insurance or have to wait for ages to see a dermatologist...I mean first off, waiting a few extra months is not likely to make a difference. Just make that appointment ASAP. Typically, once you're in the system, it's MUCH quicker to get in again. But back to my original point: keep an eye out for your local medical centers to be doing free screening days. My hospital just had one last month. It ran from 5:30 to 7pm, no insurance, no payment, you literally go in and a dermatologist will look you over from head to foot. Now, if they find something suspicious, then yes you have to make an appointment. But otherwise you get the peace of mind that all your moles and skin spots have been looked at, OR you now know you need to get treatment asap. And at least that part was free.

Had a splinter from a fallen branch go into my foot 2 weeks before a trip to NYC. Doctor insisted it was no longer there, gave me a tetanus shot and sent me on my way. Limped 2 weeks until 2nd day of my trip. After walking all over Battery Park, it finally popped up and out. Fired that doctor when I got back home. Big ups to this guy for taking care of business like a champ.
