Hey Creed :). Yes those blocks have been created by Clem and implemented by Yck, so see that as new features. Darker blocks give you a jump as soon as you make contact with them. As for the flag, it becomes a square when you set the quality to low, it's to reduce lag even further (less animation = less rendering).
