Beautiful Goodbye is one of the most beautiful songs I’ve ever heard. Even though I can’t understand the lyrics, the emotions Jongdae delivers just through his voice, makes me so emotional. I tear up every time I listen to it and I’m so glad he decided to make beautiful goodbye the title track of his debut solo album. I hope NIve & Jongdae will work together again in the future and give us another beautiful song ❤️

For a while now, I have been getting the feeling.. That 'EXO aren't just a bunch of talented multifaceted singers, but They know what it feels to breath life into mere words, ..I believe EXO is very creative n accustomed to music, they figure out the feels/vibes, and message of the lyricist just by reading, n are so professional that they can quickly get into the songs mood n recaliberate their voice for the Song. Salute to such True Artist.

I really don't know why he wanted that confidence because the lyrics were so good that I never thought it's a from a person who wrote like officially first time. I literally went through a imaginary breakup which I never actually had. And I am glad that out of all people it ended up with Chen. His voice made it more soulful. Wishing a bright future for our nive, and hoping his talent receives more exposure which he deserve❤️.

I always listening to Beautiful Goodbye by Chen every night before I went to bed. His voice got something that can lull me to sleep. Even my mom, who didn't listen to kpop at all, loves Chen because i mistakenly played his music on car. She bought his 2 mini album and played it when she worked. She love his voice and it made my mom love kpop.. Chen is a great singer

NIve's songs just hits different he is such an excellent musician and songwriter. Beautiful Goodbye and My Everything are some of my all time favorite ballads. His song New Light resonated with me so much I am looking forward to more of his works and collabs. He just knows what he is making every time he cooks that melody, writes the lyrics and choose the perfect artist that can deliver the feeling of the song

thank you for creating such beautiful song. And Chen really sang it wonderfully. That was the very first korean song that I've put effort and time on memorizing and understanding the lyrics. I really really love the melody, harmony and tempo of the song. And being Chen as the singer is such a WONDERFUL, a GREAT bonus. First of all I´m so glad you invited NIve again!! I clicked faster than Chen realizing he was drinking from his mic 😂 The first time I listened to ´Beautiful Goodbye´ and read the lyrics I was like "Who is behind this work of art?!" ( btw I can´t hold back my tears when I listen it... it´s just, impossible). I had that song on replay and I still consider it one of my favorites. Then I found all of NIve´s music and they´re on top of all my playlists now. Thank you for creating such beautiful, touching and real music ❤️️

this is the impact of chen, for me, as an international fan, it doesn't matter if i do not understand the lyrics because chen's voice itself makes me feel the emotion and thats the beauty of music, beauty of chen. his voice is amazing because it allows us to feel our own emotions and interpret the song our own way.

The thing about Chen where he didn't get that much recognition for other things than his vocal skills. My man is literally loved by General Public (GP) and by far Beautiful Goodbye is the most loved song amongst any Exo songs. I can relate to why NIve think of it as his turning point in his career life.
