True, i respect exols for that, they don't cry over any of these facts unlike some fandoms who just keep on dragging problems of their idols and saying that they went through problems without seeing that every band got a sad story and gaining sympathy isn't the right thing.

All the hardships have only made them stronger. You probably haven’t heard about many of the bad times EXO went through because they don’t dwell on them. They just dusted themselves off and moved forward. They hardly,if ever, even mention the hard times they had.

EXO is the strongest group I have ever seen with all those things they've been through since debut people were always doubting them calling them flops and SM worst mistake. Just because they different and wasn't afraid to try different things. EXO is one of the most successful groups in K-pop history they have sold million of albums many of the albums have sold a million copies and others have sold half a million. They have won so many awards they have their own shells at SM Entertainment building stack full of awards they won they have won over 118 music show awards with the biggest fandom in Korea and definitely China and they are truly worldwide.

Honestly this is why I believe in Exo and exols because the boys had faced so much hardships in their career as well as the whole fandom have faced struggle along the way but throughout the journey it is really beautiful how far and strong EXO and EXOLS have become, from friends to family ✨💯🤧

Even after so much hate, they are still known to be one of the most respectful groups ever - everyone who works with them and meets them always praise their manners and consideration. They truly deserve all the success but they also deserve so much better...

The thing about exo is they went through alot like literally alot but they still stand strong. its over 10 years and no one can take exo's place in kpop industry, they are still undertop 3 boybands even after these many controverties prove how powerful and amazing their music is and also how stong the members are, they stood strong together during thick and thin times without complaining and crying over the fact that they went through all these problems. They are king of kpop for a reason and i respect them for that.

Been a fan since predebut and it was a huge rollercoaster of emotions. Also I remember a lot of people comparing EXO to Super Junior because SJ were 12 when they debuted. I think a lot of people criticize SM groups because the company isn't afraid of trying new things with their groups. A lot of members from SM groups get hate for nothing,like sadly Sulli who was getting hate just by doing normal things and sadly committed suicide

EXO is still suffering but they are born to climb success. We hate SM for their bad management, no protection for artists. But nobody can deny the fact that SM is the company who has made most legendary groups n the sustainability is still there.

Also most of the expectations from EXO to be amazing is because every group sm has debut before them had amazing debuts that did well commercially from the get go. So the fact that Mama didn’t do well and after so much had gone into their pre-debut would make them be considered flops. Even though the song and album still did relatively well. That’s a common critique of sm groups and big company groups in general too. That because their company is big and have a lot of money/influence that they’ll automatically be successful. Which is a bunch of bs because let’s face it SM barely does their artists any favors.

I became a fan in 2018 during TEMPO era :) so the controversy they went through I can't relate to the fans who did at the time but I'm glad that EXO kept their promise to be together no matter what.

Lee Sooman is a true visionary. He’s not afraid to be experimental and take his artists into directions never done before. That’s why many people are not very accepting of SM groups at first since they’re so different. If you listen to LSM’s recent speech in Stanford, he’s really a genius and forward-thinker. Admittedly, SM is not a perfect company, but undoubtedly, they are the best company in terms of success rates.

Okay, I need to explain to you that the Chanyeol scandal is fake. SM has taken legal action against the person who has perpetrated the fake news. Because of that person, we didn't see chanyeol for more than 5 months until he enlisted, I'm still annoyed about that. But luckily during this enlistment Chanyeol keeps appearing everywhere, I'm very happy. And you should know that the person who did the fake news has already been punished, so I want you to know that the news is fake. really it was a tough year for me and maybe also for other fans.

EXO is a diamond not only of SM but of the entire K-POP industry. EXO KINGS AND LEGENDS OF K-POP FOREVER ETERNA-A FACT THAT HAS NO LONGER NEEDS ANYONE'S APPROVAL. To say that in EXO someone is better and someone is worse is simply IMPOSSIBLE because absolutely every participant is unrealistically talented, this is literally an IDEAL GROUP. Every EXO group and solo album is on a completely different level to this day, even after 10 years of career. I am absolutely not afraid to say that EXO is a real K-POP, now there are countless groups in the fourth generation, but they absolutely do not stand out in any way, trying to focus more and more on the West and POP music, thereby becoming monotonous and disposable. EXO is the only band in the entire K-POP industry, by the way, to this day where literally every member sings amazingly, including rappers and dancers. Minute popularity does not determine the talent and legendarity of the artist, because even after 10 years of his career, EXO songs are literally sung by the whole of Asia, because EXO is the real K-POP. I will never stop admiring this amazing band, even if 40 years pass, let a billion more bands like bts be released, they will never surpass EXO because their music is timeless, this is what defines the legendary artist.

SM and the industry in general has had a number of controversies for unfair contracts even before krislutao left mainly because of the length of the contracts. Three out of the five members of TVXQ left because of their 13-year contract and unfair treatment and they were basically blacklisted for almost all of korean broadcasting stations because of it. Then Hangeng from super junior also left for similar reasons of discrimination and he has remained relatively obscure since then. Exo is one of the last groups to have the 10-year so called “slave contracts” which is why it’s only this year that lay was able to leave SM. Since then most of the industry partakes in 7-year contracts or shorter giving artists the opportunity to discuss/change contracts more often.

Omg this video drove me nuts. Many of the clips shown on screen were not matching what the voice over was talking about at that moment. Example: Why show Baekhyun's Candy music video clip during 2019 for his solo debut? It was UN Village. It happened a lot so that was so distracting lol

Artist from SM Entertainment always get hate just because they're come from a legendary company every group and every artist SM release has made it to the top of the charts and became the most successful K-pop groups in K-pop history look it up. SM is a multibillion-dollar company who will get their talent to the top even though they need to fix a lot of stuff in their company treating artist better and promoting them better and give them more freedom even though some of the artists do write a lot of songs Sometimes. SM Entertainment was founded in 1995 and they are the blueprint of K-pop if it wasn't for lee soo man Kpop would not be where it is today so many companies say the same thing I respect him for that

Kookielit made the original video, and they are pretty well known for their click-bait thumbnails. They don't always do the best research either, and aren't super up to date on what the current situation is with regard to scandals and such. However, they don't seem to target any artists or make stuff up, it is more just laziness I think. So go and post this comment on their video directly. Not that it will do any good. As I said, they do this a lot, and soooo many people have left similar comments, and yet they continue to click-bait like crazy.
