its a great helpful video , thanks a lot just i have a question there is a space between the bar & natural gingiva so the tiny food remain inside how can fix that ??🤔🤔

It's getting bonded together with multi link so it is 1 piece. No gaps.

I would not print models on All-on-x because it's not accurate enough. You have a severe inaccuracy of the IOS scanner and only 50 um accuracy on the printer.

As an attachment and subtracting. Load from file all the way as a last option. Most likely you will do it in free form merged
