Hey Everyone!
Here's a really cool concept I wrote out for myself and really wanted to share with you all. I think it's a simplified and fun way to explore practicing different triplet groupings and eventually integrate them into our playing. Hope you all enjoy! Stay tuned for more vids!

byMinho It’s great to keep track of your progress! It helps you see the improvement and stay motivated. That’s why I love having a KZfaq channel. I can look back at old videos and think “Man, I wasn’t too good back then.” 😂

Haha, so I haven’t invented the idea after all. This is exactly what I want to do. I find myself to loose motivation for pure technical practicing quickly. I am hoping KZfaq will keep me more motivated and committed. It clearly worked for you. Take care!

You know if you invert the right and left so that you start with your left hand even though sometimes that means you have to come out crashing with your left hand.. you're then doing the triplets runs down the drums.. it's a subtle little thing but going down the drums to me sounds better than going up the drums.. you can simply try this by putting your left hand on the rack time on your right hand on the floor tom and play your basic Bonham triplet ... right left kick right left kick and then stopping and playing Left Right kick Left Right kick.. to me Left Right kick simply sounds much better.... thanks for the videos Man

Cool video! I bet this would sound cool if you picked three of them off the list to loop, but gave a rest after the ninth stroke....boom! Now you have the option of playing these ideas as either a 4:3 polyrhythmic phrase, or as 32nd notes- a la 9 stroke roll.
