Just wondering, if you’re already an accountant from whichever country you’re from and you come to Australia as an accounting student, Is it also possible to find a job or work as an accountant eventhough you’re still a student? I know it’s difficult but is there any possible way an employer would hire you?

Challenging but not impossible po. Case to case basis po based sa experience and connection na rin siguro. Most companies po dito prefer that the applicant have Australian experience po. Medyo hesitant din sila to accept students kasi most Accountant roles are full time po.

Im a CPA but im not practicing. I'm Handling Contracts and Procurement 7 years. i dont want to take a students visa because its expensive. is there a chance for me to get a PR?

You can search po sa SOL ang skill na Accountant immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list and andun po yung visa available. Check the requirements ng immi for each visa at ng assessing body po.

Hello po. I am aiming to study bs nursing .. kaso dinidiscourage ako ng agency na mag downgrade to any healthcare related courses.. nuon ko pa gusto mag nursong pero acctg grad ako.. ano po advice nyo?

You aim to study nursing and change career. Make sure na you have a strong reason and explain mabuti sa GTE. If mag nursing ka make sure to study a bachelor level.

Hi po. I graduated from BS Accountancy dito sa Pinas and passed the licensure exam, may almost 5yrs experience nadin and was advised by the agency to take Masteral in Accounting in Aus.. May pathway po kaya if magmasteral ako? Pricey po kasi ang masteral. Salamat po. ☺️

May pathway since nasa SOL ang Accountant (general) but check mo how many points you have since very competitive ang skill. Last invitation round nung Dec 2022, Accountants got invited with 85 points but before that 100+ need and super konti ng naiinvite for the last 2 yrs. To be able to get a positive assessment need at least Bachelor level unfortunately that’s a requirement po.visaenvoy.com/accountant-migration-skills-assessment/

Hello, depends po sa course na kukunin nyo. If nursing po, dito ka na mag-bachelor just prepare lang po ang budget.

Bs accoutancy graduate ako dito sa philippines.. ung agency ko gusto nila mag masters in proffesional accounting ako.. kakapanood ko ng vlog ni ate mharyjuana, nag decide ako mag bs nursing.. and true.. napaka responsive nya sa inquiries.. hoping ma grant ang visa 🙏😊

Hello po. Ano pong agency nyo? Ayaw kasi ng agency ko mag downgrade from bs acctg to nursing or any healthcare related course.. nuon ko pa nman gusto mag nursing

salamat po sa support.. to get a positive skill assessment po sa CPA/CA/IPA minimum requirement po is at least Bachelor po.

@alexaticzon1838 not needed po sa pagkakaalam ko na CPA ka sa pinas. You need to meet po the eligibility requirements to get a positive assessment.

mahirap po ba accounting course sa australia. Graduate po aq ng BSBA sa pinas and planning to migrate in Australia. Accounting po ang align sa tinapos ko pero takot po aq kasi baka maraming MATH. mahina aq s Math. hope I can get some insights from you. Thank you

as reference po sa hirap, pa refer na lang po dito kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Y5emYLh6uNK5ZJ8.html As for mahirap ang accounting dito, mas mahirap ang aral ko sa Pinas kesa dito. Naging mahirap dito kasi sabay mo gagawin ang aral at work. If solely aral lang, mas madali dito. As for math, don't worry more on essay ang assessments.

If you have overseas qualifications, una mong dapat gawin is to get an assessment sa isa sa mga assessing bodies. To be sure po, kindly check the complete requirements sa website ng mga assessing bodies for accountant.

@@askdayanara Ano po ba ang recent draw for accountants? sa IELTS ko kasi 6.5 yung isa kong subject kaya 0 points ako sa english proficiency. Naisip kong mag-apply as student para mabilis tapos saka mag-pasponsor pag may naghire saking employer. Pwede ba yun? hehe

Probably a certificate and diploma is not enough especially if ang nominated skill is going to be ECT.

Iba po kasi ang teaching style dito compared sa pinas. Dito po kasi more on outcome based kaya assessments & exams ang component ng grade unlike sa pinas na may quizzes, recitation, project, etc. if end goal nyo is to get positive assessment as an Accountant dito need po at least Bachelor level.

It depends if the skill will still be on the skilled occupation lists, you meet all requirements, you got enough points to be invited etc.

Risky nga po kasi may master na kayo pero if you got a strong reason bat ka mag-downgrade include it sa inyong GTE. Need nyo kasi talaga i-prove that you are a genuine student.

If aral, basta ma-submit mo lahat ng assessment and mapasa mo ang exams kaya. Time management is the key kasi need din mag-work while studying.
