I have alot of trauma no family alive but my kiddos n im thankful but miss everyone I have phobias ptsd u name it im suffering alot n I HAVE LONG HAUL SARS COV2 NOW TO

After 3 months of being furloughed from my job, I realized the depression and anxiety I had felt for the past 11 years had all stemmed from my toxic work environment. The thought of having to be called back to work after lockdown was giving me panic attacks so I decided to quit my job. I finally realized life is too short to be a people pleaser while killing yourself in the process. I'm happier than I've been in years, despite the economic uncertainty I'm facing. So as horrible as the Coronavirus is, I'm glad it finally gave me the guts to leave my job and change things for the better in my life.

Wow. I’m floored. I know this is two years ago but the same journey you just described, I went through. That was last year in February I finally left that most toxic, all demanding job. Now here I am for relief still.

I was enjoying this and really getting into it and then she started going on about her family midway in the hypnosis session and I felt like did she tell us to wake up cuz I don't recall it and then she's just talking,chatting to herself not her hypnotist,soothing voice and it I found it really distracting and I seriously wondered whether it was over but no there's 14 minutes left

I do hear this too! this is too creepy! I wish I could somehow turn the volume up of this voice and hear what does it say... this could be talking directly to your subconscious mind... if this is the case that's a shame...
