4 жыл бұрынThe MAFD (MIDI Adapter For DFAM) Luxe MIDI-to-CV Eurorack Module provides MIDI control of the individual steps of up to two DFAMs along with many MIDI-to-CV functions and conversion from MIDI USB Host to DIN.

Description of setup:
One human plays one nunchuk controller as part of a Sonoclast Michelangelo Eurorack module and one PreSonus Atom MIDI pad controller connected via USB to a Sonoclast MAFD Luxe MIDI-to-CV Eurorack Module. Each of those modules output control voltages to one Make Noise 0-Coast and one Moog DFAM, respectively. Notice that the 8 pads on the right of the pad controller independently trigger the 8 steps of the DFAM. MIDI is also passed thru the MAFD Luxe and fed into the 0-Coast's MIDI arpeggiator. All audio is raw from the 0-Coast and DFAM.

I just want to slave the DFAM clock to my OT. Can I do that with this? I don't have any interest in externally sequencing the DFAM. Thanks.

Is OT=Octatrack? Yes, MAFD Luxe can sync the DFAM clock with a MIDI clock input. The MAFD Luxe has four clock trigger outputs that follow the MIDI clock sent into it. They are all 1/8 note triggers with different amounts of swing: zero swing aka straight, half swing, full swing aka triplet feel, and more-than-full swing dotted 1/8 followed by 1/16.

Hi Jack, the standard MAFD does not do clock triggers, only the Luxe version does.
