11:59 between 28, and 31- I'm going to go ahead and say my Scorpio rising was when I became a mother. My whole life I said no kids, not being a mom. But the universe said, "I have other plans for you girlfriend" and now I'm a mom, and it's the best thing to ever happen to me 🤷🏼‍♀️

What doesn't make sense to me about astrology is what Elisa described at the beginning. She says that astrology is taking a snapshot of the sky when we're born, but I don't think anyone talked about the differences in tropical/western astrology and sidereal/eastern astrology. I have to assume we're discussing tropical/western astrology, right? Otherwise I feel like someone she would have clarified. I don't understand how the premise can stand with tropical astrology when the constellations are not actually in the positions that tropical astrology says they are. In a tropical chart, I'm told I'm an Aries Sun. But when I look at historical data of the positions of the stars and planets at the time and date of my birth, the Sun is clearly in Pisces. Why don't we /actually/ look at what the sky looked like when considering astrology in the west?

Is it wise to get your chart read by a tropical and a sidereal astrologer? Or is just.. sidereal is the correct astrology period?
