You did a great job considering what you had to work with. The Walking Dead storyline isn't very consistent. It would have been much better if the storyline followed feasible locations. Especially since most modes of travel in the show didn't involve cars later in the seasons.

SO much work! Thank you for a great video. Considering how purposely vague they made locations, it makes as much sense as it can. The visuals of seeing all the different locations was awesome. Good job!

I will be doing one soon - but from where he was in Virginia - it's not that far to Philly where he went. The Cascades base they built though - totally on the other side of the country toward California.

@@tennoo160 do you mean West Coast? the Cascades in The Ones Who Live? - - they fly in a helicopter - in one episode Thorne speaks of how many refuel stops (jump points) they have to make.

Don’t stress out about it James! I think you did the best you could do with what you had. Nothing is consistent in this show when it comes to timelines & locations. So there really is no way to be completely accurate. I appreciate all your hard work. I still think it is very beneficial and a great video! You deserve a pat on back!

I live in the DMV, you cant get from Alexandria to Oceanside without crossing the Wilson bridge into Maryland or any of the bridges spanning the Potomac. The Wilson bridge is one of two major spans connecting VA and MD. It would be more practical for the group to cross here since it puts you in southern Maryland which is closer to where Oceanside would be. Thats a huge distance in real life and they would've needed a sturdy boat to cross the Potomac river. Oceanside looks like its in the Chesapeake Beach. MD area. 😂

I'm thinking you all fail to forget that this is not our world , as I mean in Earth Prime if you get that reference? In our world we know what zombies are and have for more than a century. These people do not know what zombies are so they are not from our world. That means this is an alternate world we are discussing about. Their world could have different topography , naming and locations. I hope that gives you a better understanding of where things are?

What Would Of Happened If Lori & Carl Had Died At The Start When Rick Was In A Coma. Could You Talk About The Best Case & Worst Case Scenarios Even If In Just A Reply To This. Or A Full On Video. Id Say Worst Case Rick Gives Up & Dies To A Walker. Best Case Rick Lives Happily Ever After. But I Think Itd Be In The Middle. Shane May Still Be At The Quarry Camp & Would Reunite WIth Rick Giving Him SOmething To Live For. & Shane Being There As Emotional Support For Rick Giving Him Hope To Live. & I Think Hed Just Grow Cold LIke His Season 3-5 Self. Much Sooner. Which May Help Out The Gang With The Governer. Maybe RJ Would STill Be Born If Michone And Rick Is Still A Thing. Thatd Be Interesting.

What If: Lori & Carl Die Before Rick Reunites with Shane at Quarry Camp In this scenario, Lori and Carl Grimes die before Rick arrives at the Quarry Camp in The Walking Dead TV series. Rick would be overwhelmed with grief and survivor's guilt upon discovering Lori and Carl's deaths. His motivation might shift from finding his family to seeking redemption or vengeance, drastically altering his decisions and relationships. Shane, already struggling with his feelings for Lori and his protective instincts towards Carl, might spiral into deeper emotional turmoil. Without Lori and Carl, his rivalry with Rick over leadership and personal conflicts would intensify, potentially leading to an earlier and more volatile showdown. Especially if Rick blamed Shane for their loss. Key story-lines, like Lori's pregnancy and Carl's survival challenges, would be erased. Rick's relationship with the group would change, as his familial drive was a central theme in early seasons. This shift might also lead to different alliances and conflicts within the camp. They most likely would not have visited Hershel's farm. This could still happen with the searching for Sophia, not needing a 'Carl gets shot' story arc. Overall, this scenario would bring a darker, more fractured early narrative to The Walking Dead, highlighting themes of loss and the psychological impacts of survival in a post-apocalyptic world.

Good theory - You could say that and it make sense in this case - there are other scenes that may or may not raise questions.

@@TWDExplained appreciate it but no matter what there always going to be theories that aren’t going to Answer our question. For example did the Governor kill the vatos gang or was it the Atlanta police or the national guard or military or no what new theory the CRM

I think aside from the writers making genuine mistakes/errors in terms of locations, I also feel they deliberately try to keep distances from place to place and exact locations kinda vague so they can move characters around at will without people being able to say “how did character x get to location Y in z amount of time to help the group” etc they fudge things a lot (too much) and it annoys me. I feel that aspect of the world building in the WD has always been very poor. I love a game of thrones or Lord of the rings type map that helps you fully understand the layout of the world and grounds the drama a lot more.

That is a big challenge - A. Who does it follow? Madison? Alicia? There is not a clear 'through person' to use B. I am a big big big big big big fan of the TWDU - but I am not a huge fan of Fear Seasons 4-8. So that also would make it hard one me haha Thanks for for the interest and it is something I am at least considering.

Little off topic. I have started watching Stephen Yuen’s new show Beef. Sadly I am not liking it much. I am in the 4th episode and I don’t like any of characters and it seems really stupid to me. I hope it gets better. I am trying to stick it out. However the one thing I have taken from show is Stephen sings & plays Guitar. He completely blew my mind! One thing that is good about this show is they picked some really good songs. I think most of them are from 90’s. One that Stephen sings is one of my fav songs of all time. It’s Drive by Incubus. Go Ck it out if you haven’t heard it. Make sure you listen to 4 min video & not one from show. I was like, Are you telling me that when Dale gave Glenn that guitar he could have played & sang. Man! What a missed opportunity!

Sadly Beef didn’t get better for me. The last episode is good. But by the time I got there, I just didn’t care anymore. Show got a lot of acclaim but I am not seeing it. I think it’s suppose to be comedy but I yelled at TV more than I laughed because of what characters were doing. I have a hard time with British humor maybe it’s same. I was really expecting more so it was disappointing except for Steven’s singing. If you happen to watch it, I will be curious to see what you think.

Does anyone actually care about this anymore with the exception of a small group of people? The comic is over, the extended shows will never match the popularity or intensity of the earlier seasons of the original and new content is meh…. Time to move on.
