I still don't know how little kid me not only managed to beat him, but beat him enough times to unlock everyone. Though, I'd be lying if I didn't say that it was oh so satisfying for me to be able to use his cheap tactics against him.

What do you mean by frame trap him? The 1sf time I beat him was with Renamon diamond stones, it does a lot of damage, sometimes I digivolved onde to use the special attack because she would make him stop moving before the attack.

To me Reapermon is and will always be the most dangerous, mysterious, and awesome looking Digimon even to this day. Hell, I remember he was the most challenging opponent ever even when I used Agumon/Wargreymon against him.

Reapermon is my favorite mega level digimon. Btw he is super easy to beat if you avoid close combat. i personally use impmon's hidden special attack summon to deal massive damage against reapermon by launching multiple crystals from the dark area. The more you hold the buttons down the more crystals and therefore more damage. But any Digimon rookie can beat him by avoiding his attacks and wittling down his health.

I'd like to hear more lore on Arukadimon as it's a digimon who doesn't appear much. He appeared in V Tamers Manga, 1 game and in Xros Wars for a episode before being beaten.

I'm actually surprised that could get so much information on this guy, and I'm even more surprised that you know about the snatchmon line. I wonder if you watched viewer online 101's video of the top 10 strongest digimon. I have a theory that reapermon may not actually have been the result of just data on wanted criminals, as it could be result of a disembodied digicore gathering data on criminals from the human network, data on the grim reaper from the same network, data of evil digimon, and this is happening in the dark area. I also have another theory that the data of criminals mentioned in it's biography may be simply referring to the data of digimon that have been labeled as criminals and one of those criminals may have been phantomon.

Ah yes, gotta love these Digimon Bandai create for many of the older games and then more or less forgot about them afterwards. The problem with Reapermon is it does not have an official digivolution line as of yet although there is always the potential for it. Snatchmon meanwhile we don't know how powerful it is exactly or what level it actually is. We can guess Vemmon is its Rookie form but Snatchmon we do not know. However, considering that Lord Megadeth fuses four Vemmon together to create Snatchmon we can assume that its probably a mega. Sadly we never actually fight Snatchmon himself so we don't know how powerful he is as I said. It's the same problem with Destromon, the other form Vemmon can become. Heck, you could pretty much make an official line for Vemmon. Rookie-Vemmon. Champion-Snatchmon. Ultimate-Destromon Mega-Galacticmon Ultra/Next Mega - Gaiamon. It's funny when you think about it, Snatchmon may not have achieved its final form as Gaiamon but Quartzmon did when it fused with the Earth. Oh and yeah, Reapermon is an asshole. There are ways around his gimmicks. Fight him from range for starters. Alternatively, keep dash attacking back and forth each time Reapermon gets up, he will be put into a stun.

Who knows, I guess the devs weren't sure on what sort of Digimon they wanted as the final boss. Not sure if it was somewhat a reference to the D-Reaper, the antagonist from Tamers even though Reapermon has no real relation to D-Reaper.

@@disturbedone3725 actually that was an invention by the dub. It turns out the digimon movie was three shorts mashed together and Diaboromon had nothing to do with Willis. Still that last word was eerie as you can possibly get.

I want to ponder more on how the server Homeros of Illiad has the opposite philosophy of the server Yggdrasil of the main Digital World. Where Yggdrasill values order so much it releases genocides, Homeros wants to see his world develop outside of the concepts of good and evil. So discussing things such as do angel and devil Digimon really exist there even though Aegiochusmon has a holy mode and Venusmon has many similarities to angels interests me a lot

How did I never come across this channel??? There needs to be a new group or subclass of Digimon called D. Defeat for short similar to Omegamon Zwart D, I can imagine Reapermon actually being killed by whoever had the price on his head. However, they didnt count on him coming back even stronger than before and now has become the Spirit of Vengeance. Taking the whole Ghost Rider motif even further. Punishing the wicked and harvesting digicores for himself to become stronger with new combat abilities and tactics. Always learning and accept contracts for Digimon who want someone gone. Reapermon D. Design wise I'm not creative enough as my original idea was a bit torn Reapermon with black armor and now wears a cloak and cowl similar to Omegamon Zwart D. Just a thought.

This guy reminds me to Scorpion. - Main colors being Yellow/Gold and Black. - The chest design is similar to the MK ninja outfits. - The hood and skull might be a nod to Scorpion's demise. Also I beat Reapermon using WarGreymon's Mega Tornado to send him back from where he came. Alternatively you could try to unlock BlackWarGreymon first and them beat Reapermon using the Black Tornado and not having to worry for digivolving at all. In my case I got Reapermon first and then using Reapermon I unlocked BlackWarGreymon because the first thing I did after defeating Reapermon was playing with him and nuking my opponents. Good times.

Yggdrasil also has it out for humans for some reason. Nearly every single time it shows up it wants to destroy humanity for one reason or another, even when humanity is largely innocent. However it's nature is that of a host computer. Something that which humans are quick to point out multiple times. It isn't too hard to see why something like a computer would be viewed as and installed itself as a deity in the digital world. A simple clean up program became the D-reaper but it's nature remained the same. The same can very well be said for Yggdrasil. My guess is that Yggdrasil was one of those old dinosaurs from the very beginnings of the internet, and as the internet has a more or less direct access to the digital world, probably found the digital world and cemented itself as a deity. Not like the denizens of the digital world would know or tell the difference. To them Yggdrasil was a deity because it could freely and completely control their world. All of Yggdrasil's power is confined to the digital world however which is a place I prefer it to stay. After all a computer does need data in order to operate and the digital world just so happens to be made out of data. There are rare mentions here and there of other host computer like servers aside from Yggdrasil, but Yggdrasil pretty much controls the majority of things.

I wanted to ask though, in your explaining beelzemon video, I noticed you didnt go into why he had the sin of "gluttony". All the other demon lords make sense with their sins, except him. I always thought it to mean that he was a glutton for loneliness as his bio describes him as such. I was just wondering what your thoughts were.

I came to the same conclusion. He only kills evil bounty hunter digimon to absorb them and is always looking for someone to challenge him to test his power. Since all the playable characters are good when he beats you he lets you live and just tells you to “come back anytime”

Khul Mach Frontier has good setting, good original digimon designs, and good villains (outside of the repetition with the Royal knights arc and really bad accents on the parts of the dub for the evil warriors), the problems come with the overall execution of the show itself A few tweaks could fix frontier as a whole. Xross wars though... yeah there’s no saving that travesty unless you completely tear it apart and utterly rebuild it from the ground up into something else 😅

I think a better comparison to ermac from mortal kombat is apocalymon as it is most likely a form the darkness took after absorbing the data of deleted digimon and the darkness in their digicores sort of like the coalescence of the destroyed souls that is ermac, apocalymon even in the japenese version of digimon adventure refers to himself as we instead of i.

I think its ultimate is that yellow thing with the pink mouse in digimon season 1. It is a champion level which makes me wonder what turns in to it. It's mega is probably those oscar the grouch things with the bazooka.

Reapermon... What a nightmare... But Renamon and Veemon is a good match up against this guy... Just spam Renamon's diamond storm and Veemon's Vee headbutt... But diamond storm is more effective because he's a big boy so all of your diamonds with hit... And try doing a 3 musketeers video?

Most Reapermon/s are live on firewall out of Digiworld and hunt other Digimons are trying to jump the Firewall. Reapermon damage is same as mid tier level of royal kinghts. Also know as bounty hunters of digimon world/s but crazy thing once a reapermon enters in digimon world zone can causes corrupted data due to own or group of them criminal data and other dark web hacks. Each main sever core like king drasil kinda gave them a job aka a ban to protect firewall. Thats the fate of Reapermon. Yeeeaaa if you wondering, I been trying to find the manga and I know read it about 7 years, so yea take this information with gain a salt lol.

ppl see death as the ultimate evil and they forget that he is in fact an angel even thought he entered paradise because of sin. the fact is he existed before sin and he refrained from entering paradise because it was a pure place were life as we know it began, but do note that paradise is not the place of eternal life. that title goes to heaven, they are not the same place. paradise did not know death because its was simply too young, only 7 days old. so in a way sin was merely an excuse for death to restore purity to that place. also, note that any angel who becomes evil is automatically classified as a demon or fallen angel, were as the official title of death is "The Angel of death". however, we do know he is an impartial being, meaning he is neither good nor evil. we do know however that he is the oldest angel and that he was created along side creation itself. he may not be the friendliest of angels, but that dosent mean he dosent deserve the same respect as any other angel. just saying.

here is the strategy how to defeat reaper shit. i defeated him in 1 hour 4 times 1- GAIN DISTANCE! reaper is a CQC run the hell away from him and attack with projectiles, if needed use double jumps to gain even more distance! once he starts his combo cancel his animations with your attacks, little by little he can get stunned. 2- once your digievolution is possible, evolve and keep your distance still! keep attacking from far away, if he reaches you either jump away or use block! if his ultimate meter is full, instantly use block and he'll throw you away doing 0 damage. if you strike him with enough distance attacks he's guaranteed to get stunned, go close and use your ultimate! 3- if all else fails especially with a digimon like wommon, just run away, only turn back to use silkthread as a combo breaker and an instant offensive counterattack, you should end up either attacking him or behind him, run away again, and then use it again, as long as you have more health than him, just wait until the time runs out! and you win by default! reaper is not impossible or hard, he just needs strategy for being annoying , that's all.
