Changing that theory a little cus The darkmasters were already there taking over the Digital world before Wizardmon died due to the time differ between the real world and the digital. Our Wizardmon used the book to seal himself in and turned into a Wisemon after the Myotismon incident, then a few thousand years after the Darkmasters (Which had another Piedmon in it )and all the Digidestines are gone he turned into a differ Piedmon but lost his mind from so many eons in a book, found out about the X plan but stop caring. If only instead of Tri we had an X anime and it showed this twist

Um...I think that passage from the book was actually implying that Wizardmon wasn't originally a digimon. It's been dropped in subsequent installments but there were some hints in the original anime that the Digital World was not the sole possessor of strange phenomenon. Adventure 02 made more blatant reference to this, but never really followed through save for a couple of episodes about the Dark Ocean which was later folded into the Dark Area lore but was hinted at being something very much not of the Digital World when it first appeared. Honestly when you were reading that passage I got the feeling that Wizardmon was originally a human that had delved into forbidden knowledge and was cursed and exiled because of it.

It is always an honor and surprise to see any of my comments showing up. I wonder if there are other worlds like witchelny out there, like one specifically for Dinosaurs, a dragon world, the spirit world, and a sci-fi world, each with their own history and structure. I don't think that Witchelny was hit by the X-program because it was isolated from the digital world, making it so that the program never really touched them.

A curious feature about piedmon is that he can turn other creatures into dolls as shown in the first season of digmon. which connects him to some extent the wizardmon story. and one thing always puzzled me about piedmon is why he used this skill instead of killing them.

I think there's time travel shenanigans going on and maybe wizardmon got split into multiples of himself like that cg movie 9 when he stole the book so all the different versions are pursuing different objectives (likely revolving around getting the book back). There is an interesting correlation between Dynasmon's Breath of Wyvern and the pokemon move dragon pulse and by extension the z move devastating drake. Dynasmon's Breath of Wyvern involves Dynasmon's aura becoming that of a dragon and him charging forward. Dragon pulse is a dragon type move that fires a laser of draconic energy which morphs into that of a serpentine wyvern and will act like one until it makes contact with the opponent and explodes. This means it will fly, crawl, wrap, bite, dodge, and even potential breathe some kind of breath attack in order to reach the opponent, making it very hard to avoid. It is obviously weaker than breath of Wyvern but it can be described as a more widespread and versatile variant. Devastating drake also has similarities with Dynasmon's dragon collider as both involves energy or phantom dragons and one instance of nuclear fusion (the same process that happens within stars) would cause an explosion similar to what we see devastating drake causing. Just an interesting point of comparison to make between the two.

There is one hiccup about that wizardmon theory and that is that he persisted after death as a honest to goodness ghost, literally and showed up more than once in season one and two. So he most likely did not become wisemon as he died in the real world where death is the only garrentied in life and quite permanent. There is no reconfiguring in the real world upon death resulting in wizardmon becoming a ghost and later moving on to the afterlife which would be the first for any digimon. So it probably isn't Piedmon.

I like to think that ancient wisemon found witchelay for the digimon not wanting to fight and gave them the book and told them what it was and how to use it. A way to use it safely to know only what they needed and not everything. And wizardmon and others who have proven ready are told the same. Pidemon is the maga level of the wizardmon who read it and were not ready and other who were ready become a different digimom maybe sagemon. And season 1 wizardmon become wisemon by dna digivolving with the Akashic records and instead of being there for gatomon physical instead supported her from the shadows now with the full knowledge of the Akashic records at his disposal. Seeing the events of season 2 gathered the digieggs and the ancient digimon to use them. Alone the way digivolving again in ancient wisemon traveling back in time to start the cycle and joining the 10 legendary warriors knowing that he could not stop the end but could save many by doing what he can do and not trying what is impossible. There is a difference between being smart and being wise.

This makes me wonder then about theory of Piedmon creating the evil Gennai that's in digimon tri by placing a black spore in one of the Gennai in digimon adventure season 2 possibly putting himself in Gennai using him as a host. I heard a theory that he might be the core reason of the existence of the black gears,rings,towers ect. So could it be that these are all have something to with what's in that book? And I don't know if Piedmon can time travel but if he can maybe with the knowledge or magic in the book but if is aware of the future,past,and present, could it be that he saw his defeat with the original group and went back to before the kids were around to make a host to wait for the right time to strike? Or maybe needed time to bid so that he could further master his craft? And at the end of digimon tri what ever evil Gennai is he, he was able to create a portal and disappear and warned them he will come back and he could be anyone including Daemon. well... that's a bummer ending. so wait if there is this specific timeline (cannon or otherwise) when does the X purge happen? so we have specific periods of Digimon history. ancient Digital world (when pharoahmon ruled and then lucemon started the beast/human war and slaughtered 8 of the 10 legendary warriors) , the events of the Digimon animes (which seem to be at the very least Modern day), and the events of Digimon X Evolution(the future) since the connection to the human world was already severed(if Digimon world 4's synopsis is lead to be believed Ik the games had issues but come on) I guess those time Yggdrasil lost to the digi destine(the events of Digimon Tri, and Data Squad and such) he cut all connection To the human world and started the X Purge from what DukemonX said: "he was desperate". so this would mean X-Evolution took place as a Post-Apocalypse story about Dorumon (who I theorize to be the alphamon in Tri) and Yggdrasil's reign finally ended with OmnimonX's All Delete and the digital world is now for the most part at peace.... I have a personal theory of how the timeline went down but with the Olympus 12's existence kinda threw a wrench in the whole idea for a bit... but my point still stands that you said the Book more or less told the future which sorta makes sense if the XPurge was a Future event, that just meant peidmon was paranoid about something he wasn't exactly going to live long enough to experience.

Witchelny definitely needs more lore Like the 4 knights that are the protectors of witchelny, to which we only know midievaldukemon. I think there could be dragons in Witchenly, Hexablaumon is part of an evolution that involves dragons. However, it would be interesting to actually know what is or who is allowed to reside in Witchenly. Can the former evolutions of monsters live there; can they be trained and grow there? Is it exclusive only to monsters that "have" magic or can they gain magic there too?

Ok, this has a Lot of good theories, but too many plot holes. 1) Wizardmon from Xross Wars manga Is the Wizardmon from adventure, his data been spreed from all the multiverse and being collected by tailmon. 2) The X-program didn't happen on witchenly, only in the ODW (where the current events of chronicle X are happening). 3) The X-program existed in a form of worms in the dark area, and digimons like Gran Dracumon had existed since the beginning of the dark area. 4) If Wisemon has already all the knowledge from past, present and future, why keep searching for knowledge? If he only had all the knowledge from the past that would make sense, but according to you he also has all other knowledge from present and future. 5) Piemon and Wizardmon from adventure are 2 different digimons. They share some data, but they are not the same digimon.

Nice video and a lot of effort but there are few major flaws with the theory. Wizardmon most definitely died as this is verified in season 2 when his ghost helps the others. Digimon they die in the human world do not reformat, with the largest exception being Kokomon from the film. It was also verified that MagnaAngemon indeed destroyed Piedmon. MagnaAngemon is the single strongest Digimon from the original season and that was the entire point of his evolution being the last. In order for any of this to work, you have to merge multiple dimensional timelines and ignore facts stated in the series multiple times. Sorry, but this is a flawed theory. A good one, but flawed.
