QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS -
- Is this really accurate?
The IS3 stuff comes from what I understood of other players narrating CN events that have not been officially translated as of the making of this video. Errors are certainly possible, and it's very likely the specific names of stuff (Like Origin's Pulse or the Cerulan Heart) will be different when officially translated, but the gist of what happened is correct.
- What's the Great Silence?
Essentially it's when Seaborns ovverrun humanity.
- Where is Skadi?
What do you mean? Brickell was right there.
- Are we done with the Abyssal Hunter Storyline?
God, I hope so.
- Should I max out Gummy?
Yes. Max her out. Gummy has weirdly high DPS and is deceptively tanky, she will survive a lot of stuff you'd be sure she wouldn't survive. Like the Peterheim Middle School incident.
She is also better than Saria and OG Nearl. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. If you use Gummy in a stage, and you lose, it means you were using Gummy wrong. The fault is on you for not being able to master her extremely high skill ceiling. If you use Saria or OG Nearl and lose a stage, it was their fault for being terrible operators and below Gummy.
If you use Gummy and win a stage, she carried you. Be grateful. If you use Saria or OG Nearl and win a stage, that's impressive because you actively made the stage way harder by using them instead of Gummy. Don't waste your time accommodating for them anymore, and use Gummy instead.
You should also get Gummy's skin. It's the perfect line between fanservice and class. She shows off the tummy, the FAT rear end, her smooth legs, and most importantly her feet. Easily the best feet in the game. But at the same time she is not dressing like a whore like Mudrock. Or Lee.
I expect you to have a LV70 M6 Mod3 Pot6 Trust 200 Gummy by the end of this week.

Besides the things I already mentioned in my comment 11 days ago, there's still the fact that Andreana and Incandescence have yet to show up, besides all the other characters with plot ties to the Seaborn plot that have yet to make a proper appearance in the narrative (Deepcolor, Glaucus and Thorns in particular come to mind). So no, we are far from done, and you would already know that if you actually paid attention to it instead of just hating on it.

...Ok, the lore errors here pissed me off. Long comment incoming. *Under Tides:* Skadi did not just "ran into" Gladiia while searching for Specter, Gladiia was the one who kidnapped Specter and took her to the Bishop as part of a plan to try to get Specter sane again and uncover what the Bishop was doing before killing him. Skadi saw her on the act, but couldn't stop her. And while Specter did indeed break free from the human-sized fish bowl the Bishop had her in on her own, defeating the Bishop's Seaborn Flower form was still canonically a joint effort with Gladiia and Skadi's help (even if said flower is a joke in-game), and she needed help to walk when the fight was over. *Stultifera Navis:* The "the whole event was essentially useless" is a gross lie as lots of plot points were either solved or teased, including the tease for the future continuation: One of the Eyes of Iberia was activated again. The High Inquisitor is making an effort to move the Iberian Inquisition away from their racism and recruits Jordi (Lumen) as the first ever Iberian Inquisitor who's an Aegir. Jordi is now working as an ambassador to bring back peace between both races. Irene is now no longer racist against the Aegir and officially quits her role as an Inquisitor after the Character Development she was put through, but she's still working as a messenger for the High Inquisitor. 2 out of 3 of the Seaborn cultists who experimented on Specter are dead, 1 remains somewhere. Alfonso and García are now finally resting in peace... *But most importantly:* The key introduced on the Grani and the Knights' Treasure event made a reappearance and is now in Ulpianus' possession, though its exact significance has yet to be explained. There is now a mysterious Aegir city right under Iberia's coast, and Gladiia has no fucking clue how it got built or why is it there. Both of these things plus the third person remaining on Specter's hit list of revenge are an obvious "To Be Continued" for the next Abyssal Hunter event.

Hey long time no see (that is if you remember me). Honestly, I kinda agree with this sentiment. It would be cool to see some characters actually die in the main story or one of the side stories. Especially considering how vast the cast is. Considering the fact that now we can use alter operators together with the originals is even more reason for playable operators to have cannon deaths, because gameplay is non-cannon 100%. Eyja doesn't have too much of a character going on, and considering her diagnosis she should die in like 5-10 years or something. Not much potential character development for anyone here out of her death, but she could act as a good start and as a showing of the fact that people you (or we, as a player) care about aren't immortal. Some of the reserve OP teams could use a clean up, I vote for Reserve 6 first. Killing off Orchid, Midnight, Spot and mayyyyyybe Catapult, could make Popukar have a mental breakdown and become an edgy brooding teen who prefers to work alone and of her own accord because of her trauma. And then make her have a character arc as a 6 star crusher (or something other idk) alter in some side story. I'm also waiting for that Cardigan promotion, but it's a bit harder to decide who to kill in Reserve 4, if anyone at all... Mostly because all of them have some character development potential unlike Orchid and Midnight who are already "fully developed" in a way. Hmm, I'd say that Ansel is probably the biggest target, Steward's a close second. Hypergryph is never going to do something like this, but hey, I can dream can't I?

5th Ending is the best ending. After Goku speedruns the entire Seaborn race in a nanosecond, Gummy and Jaye cook a massive seafood feast for him as thanks. Goku then leaves by taking the Whis taxi back to his universe. No one ever believed the story of Gummy and Jaye, but they know who truly saved Terra.

The sixth and only realistic ending is that the Seaborn don't stand a fucking chance against Terrans, at least not in the way the Great Silence is depicted. I find it very amusing how the entire Abyssal plot line straight up HAS to ignore every other super power present on Terra in order for this to work. The Sarkaz Royal Court, Leithanien's elite casters, the Sanktas and their billion guns... Add to that the scores of regular Originium Arts casters. And also add that while the Seaborn have "gods", they're far from being the only faction with ridiculous entities, between the Demons roaming Terra's borders, the Sui siblings, every other Feranmut yet to be mentioned... Yeah, when you pit the Seaborn exclusively against people who's only perks are having superhuman abilites and apparently the finest technology on Terra, they might achieve a crushing victory. Pit them against countless users of what's essentially magic with varying degrees of power, and there's absolutely no way their bullshit evolution trait can save them. And it's not even like you can't make it work. Ignoring all the worldbuilding problems this story line has, I would be ready to believe that the Seaborn can maybe win a war of attrition over the course of years/decades of invasion, but nah man, the Seaborn are unstoppable don't think about it, sea monsters are heckin cool !

The problem with seaborns is they adapt. You don't want seaborns that can use originium or have the power of the Feranmuts. That is why Aegir is just currently killing them conventionally and not atomizing them.

The seaborne are stated to adapt and evolve infinitely, so they can just spend wave after wave, and since they are a hive mind, they will adapt to counter any tech Terra develops So, it will be a drawn out battle that ends in seaborne victory every time

Seaborn are adaptable. There are scenario in is3 that said the seaborn can be withheld by only 2 days but they adapted very quickly and overwhelmed the city. They have the advantage of extremely adaptable, have too many numbers, easy to breed, extremely cooperative to each other and very smart. I mean the hunter need to only use primitive weapon so the seaborn cant outdamaged it.

They essentially Zerg rush everything is the way the story presents it, and i think the main threat they present to the factions of terran is just suprise. If the seaborns overwhelm iberia (which will apparantly take a straight up eldritch god revived from death using the power of a primordial being to accomplish) then they'll just pour over everywhere, and terra won't be prepared to stop them in there tracks in most places Any powerful small group which can respond instantly, such as say Rhodes island, or the Emperor's Blades in Ursus,won't be able to support themselves without the help of the rest of the planet, not whilst constantly beset by seaborn and thus slowly die off. The demons and whatnot beyond sargon and Ursus are a strange variable, but i think they aren't so powerful as to beat a world turned into ocean worth of seaborn. Still, i do think they aren't actually all that Scary. A single Inquisitor was strong enough to be literally unkillable for them, whilst fighting on a lighthouse in the middle of the ocean. Get a group of maybe 20 together and you'd just be able to march into any seaborn infestation and remove it through pure swordplay.

Ngl, it is funny how the only way to make the abyssal hunters story interesting is to kill them off, have a twink as protagonist, and have things actually happen. But of course, it is non-canon, so I guess we gotta wait for the eventual 3rd alter in an event where nothing happens.
