My personal theory is that perhaps Satella has return by death just like Subaru, which is why they had to imprison her, because "killing" her would have no effect

Because their otherworldly souls are foreign to Od Laguna, and are therefore rejected by it. That would explain why both Subaru and Al have similarly death-defying authorities, even though their sins are different.

Since Subaru and Al are both currently active, they must be carrying different witch genes.

Subaru thinks he is gonna be this overpowered protagonist when he first arrives... but he's not. Reinhard is. But that's why watching Subaru is interesting, watching Reinhard would be boring because... Well he is too powerful. The second is that it makes him an interesting character. Despite all of this power, Reinhard is not omnipotent. In the timeline where Subaru dies, Reinhard almost always arrive to clean up, but he arrives too late and can't save anyone. The third, which relates to the first, is that it shows that power isn't everything. You won't save others or reach your goal just because you're the most powerful ever.

GER is unreadable as seen with Diavalos precognition being mislead and GER exist where time and space can’t effect it as seen when it was unaffected by Diavalos time erasure ability. GER works in a way that makes almost anything useless if it plans to injure Giorno since it’s a passive ability that will reverse or set anything to zero so Reinhardt wouldn’t even be able to use his Devine protections any more or get any new ones since they are constantly at a state of zero that makes them ineffective. Unless the character is on another dimension of power like characters from Medoka Magica or literal extra dimensional being or you aren’t effected by casualty manipulation on the level of GER then I don’t think you can beat GER

I do agree CGI passengers can be jarring at times. But we all know animating those passengers takes way too much effort and budget , so provided if CGI is not used, it'd be static background passengers like most other anime. At least Madhouse tried.

I wonder if all the sin archbishop can only be taken down under Subaru's supervision.
