What are your skills or your gifts?
If you havent found that yet maybe getting out of your comfort zone and stepping out into the world to breathe for a moment can help. You can clear your mind. Pray or have a moment of clarity.
Sometimes as an overthinking adhd autistic I never stop an don't always know how.
You would think being comfortable and "content" in your room or safe in your house would be best. Filling up more and more with research from sources close by would continue to fuel you. At least this is my thinking process.
But the accuracy is off there I say. As an autistic that struggles with anxiety and the unknown; the outside world right now is even more scary than before. But in order to clear my mind and gain new incite I need to put the fear away and step out into the uncomfortable. Staying away from the outside world can be just as dangerous.
Be bold and try out a different self care!! 💜
