Toyota service has always been like this only. We had an Innova from 2007. Back then also, getting the car serviced was my most favorite bit of the ownership because the car used to come back brand new!!!

Very good afternoon Vikash bhai. please ask the service people to change air filter in every services after 10000km. New airfilter really improves car performance. Also it's not expensive, I guess only costs around Rs 300/. Happy driving

Hey Vicky when you gave your feedback on Toyota's service. Back of my mind i was expecting you would be telling your favourite quote " Fortuner Fortuner hai big daddy naam rakhne se big daddy nahi ho jaata". 😁😁. But on a serious note yes you are right these days no matter which Indian brand vehicle we buy after sale is most important to keep your customers happy and definitely Indian brand vehicle should seriously think and implement this to keep customers happy. Every customer is spending not less than 10 lac to buy a vehicle and they should get better after sale service. Hope we see this very soon. Cheers 🙏

Vikas the air filter box should be fully removed and then it should be cleaned else there will be a chance of dust entering your intake manifold and butterfly. For that you have to clean the intake manifold and butterfly with throttle body cleaner. It's better you get the turbo intake manifold intercooler cleaned at 40k kms. .

I suggest you please don't use 5w 30 engine oil because engine oil jab heat hojata ha tb or patla hojata ha 5w30 already patla rehta ha please use 10w50 next time ye dalwana bhai ye ghada hota ha cold start bhi acha hota ha + engine ko jyda smooth lgta ha
