The x-ray room you guys went into was a fluoroscopy room. That x-ray machine had a special camera on the table called a image intensifier. Fluoroscopy is x-ray video done in real time. Fluoroscopic x-ray tables also tilt whenever you’re having a upper GI exam.

It’s crazy to think that this once was a fully functioning busy hospital! Crazy that so much got left behind! Bet those walls could tell some stories! Creepy! Great explore again guys! ❤️

Hospitals are creepy at night

I once walked through an abandoned hospital once only because I worked the company that owned it. One night I was in the old hospital and I was with an employee on her last night. I had her go out the door first and as I was going out the door something grabbed my arm and squeezed it. I looked at my arm and then up and I didn't see anyone I yanked my arm and went out the door. The next morning I was telling the site supervisor what had happened. And she was like "Yeah that happens to people all the time down there." Then some of our other employees chimed in with their experiences down there. I didn't want to ever go back down there but one night I had to because an employee was walking down there and had came across a room with a light on and someone wrote some concerning things on a chalk board. I erased the chalkboard turned off the light walked through with her and never went back down in that basement again.

Hospitals are the creepiest. Knowing that people died there adds the ghost possibilities. Sad how much gets left behind. Especially when hospitals these days are in such need, especially beds.!

Unless you worked in that exact hospital, you'll never understand how large it is. It took me months as a maintenance worker to fully grasp every foot of the eight story, four wing building I was in. And as soon as I was, I got put on a two man night shift for ALL that area. Quiet most of the time, during the day they had twenty four guys as most calls happened when people were awake. Great job if you can get it.

You should take care by using adequate clothes and masks to explore this kinda places, it could be radiation in x Ray rooms Still, bacteria on equipment, mold, even sharp objects, thats no joke

The place was out dated and in need of serious repairs ended up building a new one down town

All those cabinets would've been nice to have before they broke all the glass
