What a beautiful park. Loved seeing all the hummingbirds. We have 4 here and love watching them. Couldn’t imagine seeing so many at one time. Zip lines looked like so much fun. Heidi, your emotion on the swing was touching to be a part of. I totally get it. ❤️ Adam, loved your look of surprise when you dropped. Was priceless. Awesome video guys. Oh I had Monteverde on my map. Just couldn't make it on the last trip. Oh rotisserie chicken. Costa Rica a chicken Capitol. There was a little place in San Pedro like that. So much good looking food in this video. Yup not a coffee guy overall but, Mexico and particularly CR changed a lot of that for me. The forests of Costa Rica are some of the best I've ever explored. What was the elevation of that area? I want photo binoculars! Those sound awesome! So many amazing animal sightings. Nature is amazing! If you got to La Paz you'll run into a hummingbird garden as well. Had a few get up close to say hello. Very colorful Orchid Garden. Ah extremo was the reason I wanted to go to Monteverde. So jealous and yet happy you guys got to experience this. I can't wait to go back. Zip lines for the win.

Buenos días, Heidi and Adam. What a fun trip in the clouds and flying through the tree canopy. I bought an oil slicker rain jacket last year, and every time I wear it, it sticks to me, and I perspire profusely. Yes, it prevents the elements from penetrating, but I wind up soaked anyway because my skin can not breathe and the body heat can not escape. So I feel your discomfort, too. Love the humming birds and coati. Not to mention that adorable, grunting, wild pig... lol.

Love your videos, especially because you include how you get to these places. My hubby n I are retired now n we’d like to stay at places longer without the expense of renting a car long term so it really help when you share how to get around.Thank you for that. Also, love your sharing how ppl need to take care of the natural beauty by keeping beaches clean and supporting the locals. I’m Puerto Rican n am so sad about how are island is being exploited by expats, they take n take n don’t give back. Locals can’t even afford to buy homes now. It breaks my heart.😢

I love Costa Rica. Did a day trip from Marriott near the airport, wouldn’t recommend that drive back in the dark. I had a big fan to handle our crowd of 7 people. But love the lush green on those sweet mountains. This brought back great memories as we did a zip line too but different or older version than this

Hi Heidi! Thank you so much for joining us here. What a special place! Yes we are going over there for sure. I am excited to see how it’s different from the rest of the country. Do you have some recommendations of where we should stay? I saw Puerto Viejo, Cahuita, Punta Uva and Manzanillo. All look very nice. Maybe we can base ourself in PV and then rent a scooter and go explore.

All of the places that you’ve mentioned are worth visiting! Manzanillo is my favorite place to hangout, but that’s just a personal preference. Playa punta Cocles, Playa Negra are also nice! I do have a very good friend who owns small cabins in that area that I could ask for availability if you want. Her place is 300 mts from Playa Punta Cocles. - When would you be in that area? If you can go to Tortuguero, it will blow your mind with the flora & fauna. It can only be access by boat. Pura Vida!

Wow! Talk about an adrenaline rush! We got to share your excitement with the great videos. My first experience with ziplining was outside of PV and it included my first rappel down a hundred foot waterfall, which was the thrill of a lifetime. On our first zipline the instructor said not to look down. When I asked why he said so we wouldn't see all the dead bodies. I also asked him why we were wearing helmets and he said it made burying us easier. lol. One surprise was that you were not allowed to wear your glasses, I assume because they could fall off, so I wish I had known to wear my contacts. You mentioned that it was fifty-five dollars. We paid ninety dollars many years ago so this was a good deal. Thanks for yet another great video. Love you guys.

Hey Gary! Oh haha yes they definitely have jokes! “Have a good die” instead of ride! Oh that would have been something they should have told you before! I’m glad you got to experience it. We did some canyoning in Ecuador awhile back and our guides were hungover/still drunk from the night before and were just kind of wild taking more chances than I think we should have. Definitely got hurt a bit that day!

🎉🎉this made me so happy you guys enjoyed the town. If you guys are still there Santa Elena cloud forest is also great! Restaurant Sabor Tico for Olla de carne and chifrijo. Choco Cafe for hot chocolate! Pura Vida Guys!
