I spent a full morning just sitting on these stairs sketching Sacre-Coeur once - Montemarte has an awesome little hostel right near there! For a super touristy area, it's pretty fantastic!

La place du Tertre est-elle accessible en voiture ?

Non, c'est un petit carré. je n'ai vu aucune voiture là-bas. mais en train, il est très facile de s'y rendre.

Not impressed; a dedicated videographer would have gotten into the Sacre-Coeur and filmed inside. Instead, all we see is view-bate shots of the exterior. Or is it haram to go inside??
