The roof is usually covered with urethane waterproofing paint. This paint contains a substance called 'chromium oxide' which is insoluble in water and alcohol and has a dark green color. So green is the natural color of the material. Other colors are possible, but costs more.

There’s another comment saying this but yeah the green roofs are a waterproof coating that is green so that it’s clear to see when there is any damages to it. Another epic video btw 😎 I live for your transitions heh and now I’m craving 김치찌개

Yeah i love living in this area! I was thinking about moving to a new area to experience more of Seoul...maybe noksapyeong ..but this area is way too good

@@PirateDan i gotta say sinchon had definitely better places to go to in 2006-2008 tho. It seems like that city is a fashion and beauty city now when looking at it on YT. Nonetheless its a hotspot to live since you can access most the best cities on the green line. I'd say stay there till you grow out of it. Cheers 😁

@@BeANicePerson_ Yes it is a very fashionable place! Thinking about it, I think the best place would be Hapjeong close to Han river. It's got great vinyl & LP bars, interesting people and close to Han river and Hongdae!! Are you in Seoul?

Last time I was there it drastically changed definetly has a whole lot more foreigners now. It's on purpose as in university name. We write it as "womans" becaus not only women are important but also woman is important. To stress the meaning that every single woman is important, we mark it that way.
