If you get out to Braddock street in St. Pete, there's a cemetery right behind braddock street. It's the size of a city. It has a pet cemetery attached too.

St. Petersburg native shout out to the burg my hometown. Next time try to tour 54th area or Pinellas point near the beach I'm sure viewers would love it

First neighborhood shown was Campbell Park. Very affordable neighborhood but is becoming a “transitional” neighborhood due to the very close proximity to the Tropicana Field, set to be the stage of an almost 90 acre redevelopment. That neighborhood will be the place to be within the next 8 yrs. The other neighborhood he drove through towards the end was Historic Roser Park. Probably the most unique and gorgeous neighborhood in St Petersburg or even Florida for that matter. Brick streets with granite curbs. uncharacteristically hilly with tight, windy streets with historic houses sitting atop very high peaks, with a canal running along the bottom of the neighborhood. You feel like you’re in another country. St Petersburg is becoming the best city in Florida. Arguably the most walkable and booming downtown in all of Florida and 15 mins away are the best beaches in the country. Over 155+ public parks and counting. Most bike friendly city in Florida. We have it all here.

I grew up there as a kid. You were on the Southside. That's what its called. Checkout the Northside next time. My favorite place where I once lived Madiera Beach.

Anybody go to Lakewood school , I lived on 62nd Avenue so in 1979. Everybody says it changed alot since then. Still looks great. Retiring soon from upstate NY . Am I considered a Snowbird if I lived here for 3yrs as a kid and come back to live here again or am I exempt.

How much was the bridge toll?

You seem like an honest person and I don't think you would really do well as a realtor. Simply because in any sales job you are to some extent being dishonest. I mean to say that you probably don't have the right personality to be a successful salesperson and feel good about it. What you do know is good because you can be honest and help people.
