This is what the beginning of Socialism-Communism looks like. How many people can afford to buy or rent , food, necessities these days? More families will have to live together to survive and those that don't are living in campers, tents, this is not America anymore. Everything is stressed to the point of failure. The higher cost of living started with higher fuel prices, EVERYTHING rides on the back of Diesel & Gas causing the transportation of EVERYTHING to SKYROCKET. Greedy people in the housing market play a big role in this. Designed? YES ! I noticed a lot of properties that were selling were HOA, there is no cap on how much they can charge. Mobile home parks are being sold, improvements made, lot prices go up, people who own their mobile homes are given a certain amount of time to move them if they can't afford higher lot rent, if they can't afford to move them they just LOST their home to greedy people. Thank you for helping & God bless everyone that helps the needy, sad to say we are going to see a lot more, any Country that murders humans will not be Blessed by God. Think about that! if your wondering how we got to this point...

Its selfish to do that while knowing others will get hit or whacked too.

You are back on what we used to call the fuzzy streets! We used to have keg parties out there every weekend! There were no homeless people camped out back then. I would be scared now to go out there after dark. Drug planes used to use those streets too.

If he’s prior military and homeless, that’s his choice. The VA would house him in one or two days. His story of the Navy proves he never served in the Navy. Anyone can buy a hat and make a claim, but when they start talking… If a story doesn’t make sense, it’s not true. His “They put me in a bus and the next thing I knew I was on an aircraft carrier!” “I had no idea where I was going.” 😂 Clown talk! You don’t go anywhere in the military without a set of orders, period. Jose, don’t be so gullible. Put that camera down and read a book or two. These people are telling you whatever they must to get what they want. Many people have a choice when it comes to homelessness vs government assistance with housing. RULES. Follow rules in the place you need to live temporarily or stay homeless. It’s quite simple. Excuses don’t bring results. That’s what hard work brings.

I agree we shouldn't be naive when listening to the stories that the homeless & houseless people tell us. GOD's rule is that His angels are not allowed to intervene with people's problems too often, because He created people with a free will to make decisions.

She should get back to suboxone. It’s life changing and life saving. Maybe it’s a tough detox, but it sure beats living on the streets. As a person in recovery and now a Recovery Coach 4 years clean. Methadone and Suboxone and now the Sublocade injection (Suboxone injection) are life saving maintenance programs. So if someone is ready to get off drugs there is no reason why they cannot, other than a road block of mental illness. Along with lack of resources. So many people are targeting the reason that people are using drugs maybe just not right where she is sitting. And if she doesn’t walk into any detox, rehab, or php (partial hospitalization program) she want ever begin to heal. Of course she will sit with her misery. So any addict in active addiction that has anything negative to say about maintenance programs such as Suboxone, and methadone is just not ready to get clean. As how can they possibly say that getting high on the streets using fentanyl and cocaine or crystal meth is a safer choice than going to a metadone or suboxone clinic? Sorry, not buying me. Please choose sobriety. Please get to a detox then to a clinic. Statics shows maintenance programs lower crime rate as since the addict can get their dose from the clinic daily they don’t have to steal and or sell their body for drugs -crime goes down. Also their health improves, as they are not sharing needles anymore if they were, they have a higher chance of getting medically checked out and getting checked for diseases that they wouldn’t have if they never walked into that program etc. Getting resources for housing, food stamps etc. I sure know you have to be ready. But I’m sorry to be so harsh but I’ve seen the absolute worst throughout my own 20 year on /off addiction and now helping other addicts, and having two very close family members of mine die from drug overdoses- that even though you have to “be ready” to get clean, don’t wait til your dead. I wish this beautiful young woman nothing but the best. And if there any support I can offer please reach out. ❤️‍🩹

I thought that actual racism is really a non existent problem anymore in the US, turns out I'm wrong. I just thought that the people being loudest about racism are the people in big cities who have no idea what racism actually is and are just crying about being victims... Humans are such tribal creatures, and people want to hate, to blame others for their failures and their state of life. Nothing a dumb person loves more than blaming others. Racism is actually hatred of oneself directed at someone else, it's basically projection. And recently especially the agenda forces us to show our differences, which aren't that many, instead of our similarities. The government isn't interested in solving this, the opposite actually. Divide and conquer, it works in every aspect of life.

Anniston is truly the pits. The Army base closed, a new bypass diverted almost all traffic around it and the business district then all but shut down. Also, a well known, humongous chemical company poisoned the soil and water, and with all this, everyone with money promptly packed up and left. It is also interesting to note that a single northern suburb of Anniston has spawned not one, but two female serial poisoners of their own family members. Their names were Nannie Doss and Audrey Marie Hilley. Together they killed a dozen people!

So one person was acting weird about speaking Spanish, and all of a sudden you think no one here is allowed to speak Spanish? 😂😂😂 Those people that left must have thought you were on drugs, and was the reason they probably left. I respect what you tried to do but I honestly found your situation a little funny.

Honestly you're very sheltered if you think the homeless in El Cajon is bad. I lived there recently after moving there from Seattle. Seattle homeless problem is far worse than anything in San Diego. You are clueless if you think its bad there. I felt way safer in El Cajon than anywhere in Seattle by a long shot. Also El Cajon is considered a ghetto area of San Diego.

With as many vacant houses, apartments, mobile home parks around this country there should be no homeless people. The banks don't care. They are the ones that own these vacant places. Get with the homeless and let them do work on these places to make them liveable. Once they have a place they can live, then they will have a address and be able to get work. Make the rent cheap enough that they can afford it once they move in. Rent is ridiculously high. I am 69 and on disability. The money I do get barely pays my bills. If my rent was to go up I would have to live in the woods. The homeless people with children should be the top priority to get housing for immediately!

The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer literally a fact today! Americans have showed their asses! over half of the population could care less about their fellow citizens. All they want is a tax break. Honestly, they despise the poor.
