I'm pretty sure those architect buildings that look a little different from the others are re-used models from Subnautica. They look like the various underwater facilities you can find in that game.

i think this actually is the homeworld, and that other phasegate we saw was to lead to a diffrent world the precursers explored

If you are talking about 4546B not actually being the homeworld it was already confirmed that it wasn't. In a PDA entry that I think you find in the disease research facility in the original game it says that the kharaa was contained there so it didn't spread. The precursors came from another planet and stored it there. For more evidence if the precursors actually lived on 4546B then why is there only 4 buildings? 4 buildings wouldn't be enough to have shelter for all those precursors.

With the prawn suit glitch, you could probably get to the phase gate really early which could be really efficient for speedruns

the cutscenes and things probalby only get triggered once you enter the portal taking you to the phasegate

I went over there to check it out earlier today, and as it turns out, the entire ending area is only loaded in once you go through the portal. There isn't even any collision to stand on. So yeah, not going to affect speedruns.

I mean i think you have to get Alan first, and have him activate the gate. I'm not sure if the glitch is in this game or not tho, but in Subnautica, you can use a Propulsion Cannon with an object to just have semi controlled flight. Maybe you could use that...?

The reason why the sector 0 map still remains while your in the ship cutscene is because it’s not you that’s actually moving, it’s the background, the same can be said for the Neptune rocket launch sequence in the original game

This is the first time i actually see the ending and i'm just amazed at how cool it is. I obviously don't keep myself from spoilers, as i live off of them since my computer is too weak for me to play the game so i just watch others do it

12:00 I think that where you are in the end game cutscene is the actual precursors planet and that other phase is just used to get on another planet

Well, for all we know, it might be. I mean, it's obviously not like that in-game, but that's more likely for game dev reasons. In-lore, it might actually be on the other side of the mountain.

i remember you said that you wanted to go from the main game in sector zero all the way to the phase gate but thats not possible even with commands because im pretty sure from my testing that the place didnt exist until the portal was active

I like to think that we actually are on the homework’s and we exit the phase gate at a sort of spaceship port where they dock there ships and the phase gate leads somewhere else, and that village we see in the corner are the actual city’s and such

My theory is that the place you arrive is not actually the homeworld, but a checkpoint cause those don't look like buildings, but more like quarantine enforcmenet guns, maybe it's there to shoot anything that comes through unless it is arhitect, and beyond the other phase gate is the actual homeworld

Maybe that phase gate leads to another planet. They seem to travel a lot through these so I don't think it's that crazy, that they have multiple gates that lead to multiple planets

It would make sense if this wasn't the actual home world, now that I think about it. You can tell by the final lines of dialogue that even after arriving here, Al-An still doesn't know what happened to his people. If this was really the Architect home world, I'm sure he would've been able to tell if his network was there or not. Entirely possible this is one of the other "core worlds" that were quarantined and abandoned, while the home world is through that last gate you see in the distance.

I think the buildings are a space station and the gate leads to a planet where they are. Though I wish they'd have answered whether they were alive or not before ending it. This is worse than when the dwarves disappeared in Elder Scrolls lol.

I'm guessing the second Phase Gate is just another exit from their home world. I'm assuming they have them all over linked to different sectors of the universe/galaxy.

That phase gate is probably Just a connection to a different planet, not all phaseways connect to one since phasegate in my opinion

The 4546b Phasegate takes you to interstellar space, which you then traverse to a different Phasegate that's very close by. This says that while they're very long distance there is a limit, the Architect homeworld is too far away from 4546b for a single Phasegate and instead you travel through multiple tethered together. With that in mind, it's not surprising that their homeworld has more Phasegates, seeing as they have likely been to hundreds of different planets that require means of transportation. That Phasegate probably goes to some other world different to 4546b, maybe one of the ones mentioned in the data entry for Al-An's body.

The last phase gate is the exit gate from the homeworld. You came in through the entry node.

my guess about the phasegate in their homeworld is that they have several phasegates on that planet, and use it as a sort of 'hub', so they can easily just travel to their homeworld, and then to any of the other phasegates that they have placed around the galaxy.

I think the Phasegate leads to a World that of I call it subnautica 3 appears (if subnautica 3 will even exist) is played. So that at the beginnend of subnautica 3 this scene appears and leads to a new World.

So the weird thing is that the end area actually doesnt exist until you enter the portal. Also once you enter the portal you cant save or use your inventory. I only did a littlw bit of testing, but so far i dont know of a way to get there without actually finishing the game. Perhaps if you were to somehow kill yourself or some specific command, idk. But the end game area isnt a real area till you go through

You can change the speed by pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, 1 being the slowest speed and 5 being the fastest.

By pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 you can change the speed it travels at. 1 being the slowest and 5 being the fastest.
