- Our journey starts in Bangalore, overnight drive through scenic routes as we travel from Karnataka through Tamil Nadu and into Kerala.
- After driving through the night, we reach Temple City in Tamil Nadu for breakfast.
Arrival at Merosh Cottage:
* We continue our drive and arrive in Idukki district, checking into Merosh Cottage. This cozy accommodation is just five minutes from Calvary Mount and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills, providing a peaceful retreat.
Visit to Anayadikuthu Waterfall:
* After settling in, we head to Anayadikuthu Waterfall. This hidden gem features a stunning cascade surrounded by dense forests and rocky terrain. It's a perfect spot for nature lovers to relax, take a dip, and enjoy the tranquil environment.
Exploring Calvary Mount:
* The next morning, we visit Calvary Mount, known for its breathtaking panoramic views of the Idukki Reservoir and surrounding hills. Just a short drive from Merosh Cottage, it's a popular spot, offering a serene environment to enjoy the natural beauty of Idukki.
