Special containment procedures: a cell provide provided with a water dish, a food bowl with premium brand cat food, and litterbox. If containment is breached, a specially trained MTF is to respond, luring the entity with cans of premium brand cat food with pop lids. If the MTF is unable to lure the entities back into their enclosure with gooshy food, tunafish, sardines, and ham may be used. As a last resort, catnip may be used, being placed in a prominent place near the containment cell, and agents are to retreat from the area until such time as the catnip has been consumed and the entity has entered into a turpor state, at which point it may be possible for lead MTF agent to pick up and move the entity back to it's enclosure. If necessary, a few gentle strokes to the back and head area may be used. The stomach area (if present) and limbs should be avoided.

Yeah, not sure I like that bit, as someone who has cats, and tolerates several dogs, they get along fine 9 times out of 10, save when the largest wants to play(And even then the smaller dogs will react the same way as the cats to him when he's in that mood)

woofer made me cry, only other scp that's done that is "Where the Dragons Went" (everybody gangsta till they find out where the dragons went!) also I think its amusing that there's a grey, anomalous, immortal cat called "Dorian." There's a story I heard about from the 1800s called "the Portrait of Dorian Grey" or something like that. In which a man makes a deal with the devil and is made immortal via a portrait of himself in his manor. if the portrait is destroyed, Dorian himself will die. I forgot about it until now, but my mom told me about it on one of our mother daughter movie nights when we watched 'The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.'

We had two cats. First one was Honey, we got her when I was 7, two years later my best friend arriwed in our home. He was an adorable caramel colored Devon Rex, we named him Cornelius. Honey went missing when I was 11 and Cornelius passed away from cancer 2 years ago. R.I.P Honey and Cornelius, you made me the happiest boy in the world.

@@e.t.1947 It's an energy weapon that comes up in some of the outlandish stories Lord Blackwood tells of his days as a hunter, explorer, and adventurer. One notable story appears to be th attempt by him and a group of friends and assosciates to kill SCP-682 when it was terrorizing France. (It also appears he used to own SCP-662, as he mentions an apparently anomalous butler by the same name as the entity summoned by it.)

"Bland" is the last word I would use to describe cats. We've had quite a few over the years, and each has had a very distinctive and individual personality. The only cats who were "standoffish" had trauma in their pasts that we gradually helped them get over. The cats we've had from kittenhood onwards are especially amenable and friendly- they sometimes purr for no other reason than the fact that they're sitting close to us, and that makes them happy

I'm not the sort to comment on youtube videos, but I just wanted to tell you man, I *immensely* appreciate the work you put into these videos, out of all the various sorts of lore, and audiobook readings I listen to, scp content is by far my favorite. Every time you upload a video it feels like a treat, I get a smile on my face and it brings me happiness in this strange and often grim reality. There are few things that excite me more than seeing that you've uploaded a new video, (*particularly when it's a *really extensive and one* lol) without you, I doubt listeners like me would be so absolutely in love with the scp universe and the various wondrously mind-bending concepts within it. And for that I thank you, your content has given me more hours of entertainment than I can count, and given me something to look forward to in my lower moments. Not enough people express their gratitude to creators like you, and I've silently enjoyed your content for such a length and I wanted you to know. 2 weeks ago I lost my dog to cancer. she and my cat were best friends. while we waited for the vet to arrive at our house to put her down, my whole family cuddled with my dog on the bed, and it was like my cat knew something was wrong because she meowed in a very distressed tone and kept checking on the dog and cuddling next to her. the last story made me tear up because of this.. in my mind they must've had a conversation like that

Dorian reminded me of the cat we had growing up that would climb to the very top of the tallest tree in our yard, easily 20 to 25 ft, and would then proceed to immediately jump to the ground atleast once a day, then just walk off and go play like nothin happened.
