Looking at all these hundreds of projects with thousands of flats each, I am confused if we have that much rich market in Hyderabad who can easily afford 1.5 to 2Cr apartments…

Definitely No....Artificial inflated prices. These builders are relying on NRI investors to get their sales done as most of them are not aware of the exact prices. Even NRIs are getting educated now about how they are getting fooled and their investments are stuck for a long time.
