Any villa community which is under construction feels the same as there are no families living when it is under construction. Right adjacent there is a villa community called Suchir India Timber Leaf 140 villas, in less than a KM there is Trishala 240 villas. 1.5 KMs Bengaluru Hwy. 40 Villas inside the community. Less than 500 mtrs a village and still think there is less habitation? What should people already staying in Tukkuguda/Shankarpally/Velimala pay 50K per villa ?

90lac more than enough for these flats of 1850sft, huge cost of living, no shops nearby, vegetables groceries will be over priced and gettings maids is real headache, and no autos busses and cabs if parents want to go out its very difficult....

First question is will they deliver atleast by 2030? Do they have experience in building high rise of this scale ? Is the court case cleared ? So lot of uncertainty. On top of it they are struggling to sell as per reports . Very risky it seems
