Ecopark is an urban township development which is located not too far from the capital city of Hanoi. It spans 500 hectares and cost $8.2 Billion to build. I had the opportunity to visit this new part of the Hanoi metro area and was surprised to see such a lively community.

Man, Vietnam is such a beautiful place!! My Dad fought there during the war and always told me that even though the war was horrible, that the beauty there made up for it. I hope to make it there one day myself. Love this shot 15:27 by they way, everyone outside and having fun 😎

This massive construction projects took years to complete, and it's so well developed, rather spectacular views for middle class population there...live the lifestyle, with parks and ⛳️ golf courses...a luxury collection is installed...trendy restaurants and well designed shops in this area....thanks AK for showing us around the new developments in Vietnam...it didn't take them too much time to gather pace within the shortest time possible 😮😅🎉

Hung Yen Ecopark is nicely developed with nice sidewalks and gorgeous landscapes/scenery. 😍 The area is quite serene, and there wasn't much traffic at the day & time of your recording. Thank you for sharing this relaxing stroll, AK! 🤗

Hi AK !! 😀 This is a very nice suburb !. It's nice to have some elbow room after visiting Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi 🍒. Vietnam seems to have a growing economy and middle class. It would be interesting to see what one of the apartments looks like inside. ! Hanoi appears to have an air pollution problem, hopefully they can correct that in future! 🌼

This place is still in development, next phase is going to be Building a small CBD area for office so people really dont have to step outside of this little area.
