Exploring Waipara River in Summer | New Zealand

Awesome. I hope I can do that track someday. In a Q7 with AT but would want a friend with a tow just in case. Keen to see how it performs!

Heya, yeah pretty good track with plenty of picnic spots, 👌 river channels changes overtime some mates have gone recently and plenty of soft spots crossings a bit deep on some parts. Best to check before crossing. Keen to go back this summer ☀️

How do you find the RMR? Have you tent for it?

Heya, I find it pretty awesome, has withstand gustful winds! Dont have the tent for it though. Have a small stand alone tent underneath

You don't cruise 'up' the river from bridge to beach. It is 'down' to the beach.
