My old middle school in like 2017 had zee zees and I remember a younger girl telling me that I was a fake vegan because I was eating it for breakfast but it was actually the only vegan thing at the breakfast line.

omg I wish we had that many cool products here in austria!! also... niacin is just vitamin B3, now I'm confused, what's wrong with that??

i believe when it is naturally found in food it is good for you, but when it’s an added supplement it can cause complications!

Some people are intolerant to high amounts of niacin! Usually amount of niacin in foods is ok for those that are intolerant, but supplemental niacin can make intolerant people feel sick or even cause their faces to flush and dizziness.
