Well, couldn't figure out why my material wasn't seamless, turns out, i set it up wrong in ue5. This fixed my issue. Cannot believe i didn't noticed that. Thanks

I have to point out, how can you turn off RGB for metallic, Ambient occlusion and Roughness texture and then go to you material and literally hook RGBs to those channels.

You just need to setup such a Material one time only. Convert the Texture Samples to Parameters, and use instances of the material, just with different Textures. But yes.. a native automation of the import would be nice

easier than Arnold import and setup, much more tweaking is needed

Rather than using Substance Painter, could I make textures in Blender or something else and bring them in. I do have Photoshop as well. I am just not wanting to shill out more money to Adobe per month if I don't have to ha ha ha :D
