Did you know, ALL beef starts as grass-fed? The real story lies in the finishing. Look deeper, ask questions and don’t settle for misleading marketing. #knowyourfarmer #grassfed #grassfinished #pastureraised #pastureraisedbeef #rotationalgrazing #primalpastures #regenerativefarming #paleolifestyle #beyondorganic #wearewhatourfoodeats

If you're so worried about GMO foods, steer clear of bananas, tomatoes, corn, soy, potatoes, papayas, canola, alfalfa... the list goes on of foods that are either mostly or all GMO as far as what exists today

Some things are worse than others. Or at least have greater odds to do more damage. I like USDA organic on coffee beans because it has less herbicides and pesticides than normal. The difference is wild, you can google it from the USDA or FDA to see the difference

Corn finished is best especially if you buy it through local farms, a good tmr diet makes healthy cows so don’t be scared of corn feed cows it’s the least you have to be worried about when it come to your health especially if your drinking tap water or live in a urban place. All gmo corn is just better yielding and more resistant to disease and spraying I recommend organic if anything but even then it’s not much of a difference only less chemicals and fertilizers used so you’ll need more farm land for less lb per beef. Also antibiotics saves cow life and you’ll never buy any beef from the store if there is antibiotics in there blood so don’t worry if it doesn’t say antibiotics free all beef is.

Go to your local butcher if you have one. He will tell you how the beef was raised. I go to this small town rancher community butcher. I know they are because i see them out to pasture all the time. You can always tell a great rancher by how soon hi cattle lay down every day. It means their stomachs are full and they are just digesting it and chilling out. It means the rancher knows how to graze them and grows grasses esp[ecially for them.

You mean GEO not GMO, every living thing is GMO. When two species produce an offspring, that offspring is genetically modified, but not genetically engineered. There’s a big difference, and a bit of precision and accuracy in speech go a long way

@@dolamyteagain, INCORRECT. Genetic crossbreeding isn't the same as genetic engineering.
