I always buy Alaska wildcaught anytime I can, not wild caught from China or India, their river or ocea , water are not clean...

Not sure why you think you would get bad seafood from China if you are in US there is Pacific, gulf coast, and Atlantic mostly no reason you would see anything from overseas in your local store.

It makes me question the wildcat salmon in the frozen section at Walmart. I’ve had to start buying it there because the price of groceries are so insane! And the wild got Alaskan. Salmon is a lot cheaper at Walmart than it is anywhere else. But I’m afraid it’s from China@@aungwin1013

I don't think Costco allows people to film in their store, but they either don't see it or they appear to tolerate it. Bobby has in the past said that he was asked by employees of the store to stop filming, but continued anyway, sometimes making up stories about having asked someone in high places for permission. It's a bit cheap filming for profit without permission in premises that someone else pays to rent, heat, clean, staff and maintain. I feel embarassed even taking a photo for my own personal use in a store 😅

@@silviafoias485 I dropped weight. But it was only about a pound a month. About only thing I did different in my life, just started eating healthy foods like avocado bananas nuts beans oatmeal - Whole Foods. Making like indian, pakistani, lebanese, morocco, turkish, dishes. I love it!

I worked in a seafood department for about 2 years. Most of my customers knew bits and prices of this but did not know the whole truth. Thank you so so much for speaking in agreement. @@asapasiafury4100 I rarely do it the same way twice. i usually search KZfaq for recipes, but I can say that Prudhomme's salmon seasoning has never failed me. I can generously season with that, grill it, and it always comes out well.

The pooling of your exceptional knowledge bases, provides a powerhouse of information that we can draw upon daily. It’s exhausting making sense of misleading food labels. Thank you for deciphering the terminology, which appears to be designed to confuse and mislead the average consumer.

I missed seeing Dr Berg out in the public spaces. This video reminds some of his old videos where he analyses the nutrient profile of the typical foods you find at the grocery stores. Great video. I hope Dr Berg will collab with other Medical Doctors or Health specialists. I hope he will collab with Dr Berry because they are some of the most honest Doctors out there
