Never break your notice period if you are working for a reputed company you might get blacklisted no other company will touch you post that and you might fail background checks in your future companies. Also understand the meaning of the notice period. Notice period is so that you could find your replacement and train them for the job so that the company doesn't suffer due to your leaving. If you are able to do that before you notice period ends you can negotiate with your HR and reduce it .

Sir please make a video on the recent hdfc controversy on the toxic corporate culture spread by the senior management. It will be really helpful to know why this culture is so prominent but yet employees often are afraid to report this to the right channel . And even if these are reported does the HR business partner face any roadblock when taking any action. Just a humble request.

Agreed to the video. The corporate world is a small one. Those employing today, maybe you're bosses again tomorrow. It's right to be honest and loyal to your parent company, however, on the flip side, no leaves during the notice period and three months notice period seems akin to bondage, and should be stopped. Any firm or business is considered or assumed to be working forever, or a long time. It would be myopic for organisations to expect all those working there to complete 3 to 5 years.

Honestly I am having mixed feelings because after so long I started like one thing watching Ashneer Grover. He simply expressed his views, opinion on anything openly without any hesitation and this is something we most of us lacking. But once I also felt hurt when on publicly, on a big platform he spoke directly against Ankur Warikoo. It was hurting though I am not Ankur Warikoo follower but Ashneer should not have done that. Thanks @Peepoye sir for pointing this out. Ashneer might be very talented and intelligent but that doesn’t give him any right to humiliate others. In Shark Tank Season 1 he humiliated every entrepreneur and people called him a person who speaks business but that is not at all true, you can criticize the business model but you must respect the founders . Sir, I believe that in the forth statement, he didn’t ask anyone to do that, he told the real truth. If someone were to leave without serving a notice period, the company cannot do anything against the same. This is something for people who’d want to do entrepreneurship but stuck in their job for 3 more months. On one hand we got entrepreneurs and businessmen like Ratan Tata Sir whonis the most humble man one could meet, even when he's so much more rich, prosperous and successful in comparison and on ither hand, there are people like Ashneer who act in such an arrogant manner. I bet he would be like andrew tate, if he got a little more successful and wealthy for sure
