Closest I came to being a program hater is that I pointed out that his chat has a no backseat policy and that he said it was just for bullshit levels, but in the same video he was getting intel on literally every level. I completely support the use of the program in dumb levels, but the guy in chat using it wasnt even waiting to hear if the level was hard before dropping intel.

the program is fine, i think it’s a tad iffy when used during an official challenge (i.e. and endless/no skip challenge) I get that it’s useful and kind of ideal if there’s an obvious dev route or pick a door-instant death level. But when a level is just…hard? It shouldn’t be used. Luckily Panga added stipulations to make the use of it more justified i.e. only when a level is “dumb”, or he won’t use it unless he’s below a certain number of lives. But the way it’s being right now seems to be fair game. He’s just looking at uncleared and finding dev routes that may or may not exist 🤷🏾‍♂️

Yeah he's said a lot that it was "only when it's dumb" and maybe Im seeing clips out of order cus im just a tuber, but it sure doesnt look like he's only getting intel on the dumb ones.

It is cheating though. At least in expert runs and the like. Theoretically, without the program, the player would lose more lives on a level than they would by using the program. So in a sense they are gifting themselves lives they normally would have lost. That's cheating. It's also equal to skipping the level basically. You just use a tool to get passed the level in both cases. Except with the program you still have to beat the level, so you gain a higher level count, which doesn't happen with just skipping. It is all around cheating. But people who don't care about that will justify it to themselves however they want to. But it's still cheating.

And is this comment from one who builds stupid impossible levels? Or knows someone who does? People need to just stop making ridiculous trash levels. It's unfair to the gamers. And in my expert opinion, Nintendo should step in and ban such garbage!

@@ronaldhall4087 I don't even play or own the game anymore. But quality of levels not withstanding, if you use it on a level that would normally cost you more lives in an expert run if you didn't use it, then you are gifting yourself lives, and therefore it is a form of cheating.

I would much rather panga skip a level instead of using the program. That way the level total doesn't increase. Then it would be a more legit run. Skipping triple shell jump and program-worthy levels. Then it would be an actual 1000 levels he beat, not (for example) 800 he beat and 200 the program basically beat for him by giving him the answers.

no he didnt beat it he maybe beat each section and designed a level but that doesnt merit a hidden power up and beating it in 60 seconds when the level has 2 checkpoints meaning he was hoping people either timed out or died constantly just because he did that doesnt mean that he is allowed to skip playing his own level in 1 go it DOES deserve a boo he didnt beat it in 1 go and HE the maker cheated by putting something completely hidden and in a random spot and made pipes that go to the end of the level its not funny its not cheeky its lazy that you would make a level that is suppose to be super hard but you yourself couldnt beat it but you like to see others die and suffer 100+ times, its lame.

@@PopcornOnCouchAnime You realise he would have to beat it 3 times? Meaning he beat it twice normally, then used the dev route for the final time probably because it's literally impossible to complete it from the start.

@@roguenite6494 beating it 3 times doesnt mean you cant just go back to the dev route and beat it that way eveytime for starters and even if you are saying that he did beat it legit 2 times from his check points (which i highly doubt) then cheating the last time is okay because its impossible to beat in one go? do you hear yourself? its a spit in the eye to finally beat that level in 8 mins lets say or more because of checkpoints then you learn this whole time you can just skip the damn level with a dev power up? Your reasoning for cheating is weak. Get a new one.

@@PopcornOnCouchAnime You realise how good troll levels work? Go watch CarlSagan42, he plays a bunch. You'll find loads of amazing troll levels that mechanically cannot be completed from the start without a hidden dev route because the troll level uses death as just another tool in activating mechanisms.

@@roguenite6494 ive watched carl for 2 years now yes im aware some troll levels have dev routes but its not because they cant be beaten in one go its because those levels take months of work and up to this point finding those dev routes was impossible is it fair to those creators ? I mean yeah some of those levels that carl plays have thousands of plays for being shown off on this platform and if you watch panga or hell even carl sometimes beats the whole troll level in one go because he knows all the trolls and avoids them to get the world record run because if you knew anything about these content creators you would know they speedrun mario games and played at GDQ at some point and most of them know each other by passersby or friendship. So again your arugement is weak and invalidated try again. You may not like the program yourself but you can just say that there isnt a reason to try and validate it you could just say well i think its scummy and i dont agree with you which is fair i respect others opinion its just when those opinions are trying to vailiate it being too hard to beat so a dev route is needed and i think that is okay thats a bad opinion and ill aruge you into a fucking coma.
