Mini Bands are a great way to strengthen the muscles! They are inexpensive, very portable and an excellent use of equipment for all fitness levels!

Hey there! It has been a while since I have been able to do your workouts and workouts overall because my health took a turn last year. I have slowly been able to do floor exercises, stretching, bands, and weight exercises thank goodness. I use a manual wheelchair and have limited mobility so I can at least do some of these exercises. Definitely very thankful. With months and months of hospital treatments and procedures, my entire body physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually are doing much better. Looking forward to cycling, play tennis, and swimming again. I was a pretty active athlete before my health went downhill. Thank you once again. I am enjoying doing circuit training too. I will be going back to your videos over and over again. Hope you are doing well.

How often should I do it and how long to see results?

@@sabrinajoyce1861 Iwould suggest about 3 times per week along with some cardio exercise and you'll see results. You'll feel more energetic within a week and feel noticeably stronger within 3 weeks!
