This is exactly what I am trying to practice with Chopin’s Nocturne No. 2. Wonderful explanation! I’ll be trying these tips in my next practice! (And really work on learning vibrato 😊)

Joy, you’re the only person I look up to when practicing! If you can, can you make a video over Summer Vivaldi First Movement ? I am having trouble playing allegro while shifting and my bow tends to shake.

Hello, it depends on the violin and the violinist. Joy herself uses four metal fine tuners and it does not change the sound for her. It would be best to try playing your violin with, and without fine tuners at a luthier's workshop so you can have someone to help you remove and install the tuners. Happy new year!
