If the IRB is serious about making Rugby Union a global game, why don't they pay the coaches that has won the World Cup previously to go and coach teams like Russia, Uruguay, Namibia and the Pacific Islands? Imagine what Tonga, Samoa and Fiji can accomplish with their natural hard nosed attitude and some quality coaches.

I strongly believe Russia would had beaten samoa if it was samoa that had only four days to recover and Russia was the fresh team. Just look at Uruguay vs Fiji.

Romain Poite Is a good Ref. He doesn't just throw out Red cards every time someone misjudges a tackle but he still gives them punishment in the form of Yellows. He might technically be contravening the rules but its ruining the game. If a game isn't so lopsided practically ruined by a red the team have no business playing one and other. Poite never make himself the star of the game like some refs do.

Love the decision on the first yellow. Second should have been red. But the first no one had time to react. He caught the ball and immediately braced for impact and doing so put his head in line of impact. Tackler was already in motion and had no opportunity to correct. Again, the second should have been red.
