Last summer, Jobe was an excellent signing... but we lost Amad, and no one replaced him. We also sold Ross, and for some reason failed to sign, for example, Ellis Simms. Signing Joe Gelhardt on permanent basis could have been a good option, too. We signed only youngsters instead, miles away from being ready at this level.
