Like every campaign there's the sugar coating but close underneath that she seems like she has a very clear plan for what she says she will achieve. Though, I do like this guy and will do some more research, he hasn't really said anything other than "we have to change," which is all well and good but what kind of change are we even talking about? And how will you make it happen?

@@adrumwhisperer I get that, now. He tried his hardest to run as a democrat for nearly 6 months. The DNC made it virtually impossible for a candidate they do not hand pick to win. He was forced out and saw no path based on the current rules the DNC have in place. Now that the deadline has closed for the "sore loser" laws that many states have, he can't switch back. It will be very disappointing to see them remove the rules now that RFK has switched to an independent.

Spreading conspiracy theories like "something in the water is turning ppl gay" "vaccines haven't been tested" just to name a couple. So as you can imagine he's becoming a big hit with the Maga anti-vaxxers. So if he takes votes away from Trump, I'm cool with that. But don't blame the democrats for something he brought on himself.

He cannot win. Democrats rigged the primary to make it literally impossible for anyone else to win. RFK jr went independent because he said he could win 80% of the states and still lose. Also dnc is NOT having primaries. They told RFK jr that he would need to fund the primaries himself. And also dnc said anyone campaigning in new Hampshire or Iowa will not get their delegates counted at the convention.

He feels corporate interests have made most politicians beholden to corporate interests, rather than the will of the voters. And that the parties are more interested in self-preservation than working in the common interests of the people. He doesn’t take dark money, PAC money, or money from other politicians. He wants campaign finance reform. That’s pretty anti-establishment.

I’m really tired of the fear mongering. Dean Phillips also supported DEI, amnesty, and voted with Biden 100% of the time. I’d like to see a younger person such as he, but think he would also need to change some policies.

For me it's a little too early to say who has my vote but anyone that's more willing to work with others and is, and I hate to say it, younger will put them on my short list. I'm interested to see what he thinks about certain issues and what he'd like to do as president. At least in his interview you get a general idea of what he's like - I do like that he speaks thoughtfully (if not a little too stilted)

Someone with good character and principles! Wow! Those are sadly lacking with both Biden and Trump! My biggest problem with Biden more than his age is his lack of principles.
