@Jack Wardley, Maybe bud, but to be fair it i don't think it was done for a long time.

@@Inexteriors yeah probably but it didn't even look as though it was primed properly its was probably one of them so called self priming paints.

Just wondering can you use a cordless electric sander and if so which brand would you recommend? Also which texture sand paper are you using ? Thanks in advance.

Bosch, Milwaukee, ryobi, dewault are a good shout. 80 grade sandpaper but i do use 60 grade often aswell.
