okay so i went through my Gally Videos and pieced together all the bits i got of the Dalek...
I'm 60% sure it's Nicolas Briggs... He was a guest that year... and i just think it would be totally awesome if it happened...

This one is easy - I built the thing on top of a power wheelchair. Just push the joystick in the direction you want to go. Vision is a bit limited though, parents take you squishing their kids really badly.

Thanks for uploading that, there were some clips I did not have. Daleks are indeed awesome and rarely forget to be. The Dalek will be appearing at Gallifrey One in L.A. - 15th to 18th Feb 2013
