Wow very high quality corner but man I could of hung half a house miters and all in the time it took you to make that box corner there's much better ways to do it now a days no need for pre made corner s and pop rivets we stopped using them in 1990

That's way to much work for a outside coroner we do all are cuts off the machine on the job and its quick its stander in canada

Why not use external brackets ? If I took your advice it would take me a month to put up guttering
