thanks for the lecture! "they get rewarded in the market by "behiming??" lower cost by being able to be more efficient in their pollution reducing levels..." (around 22:15) --> What's the word you used before "lower cost"? It sounded like "behiming"(?) ..I've never heard of that word before..

Haha. I’ve listened to it three times and I’m not sure of it myself. I think “behind” but it’s definitely garbled. My apologies! I guess if you record enough videos, then this is bound to happen. Thanks for watching!
